God promised Blessing to Abraham and his seed.
God has been cultivating Himself in our homes throughout Lockdown time, a space for family together.
Church on line at home and lots of prayer groups, study groups Seekers groups done from home and Him meeting with us there.
Causing us to tarry a while with Him there.
This time of waiting upon Him in expectation of change.Re birthing and new life.
Where God’s presence is is where His blessing is.
In the OT His presence was in the Ark and when David took it and left it in Obed-edom’s house for three months the household was blessed.
Has there been a sense that God has been blessing many more households by bringing church and His presence into homes. I feel that there has been an outpouring of blessing in that and that God has been and is in that place and therefore so will His blessing be.
Then David who had been reluctant to take the Ark to the city saw that it was God’s presence within the Ark that brought the blessing so he had the Ark carried down to the city and put a tent over it and because of his obedience was again able to rejoice instead of being angry with God.
This living word feels as if it is on repeat. Obeying the Lord and going the way He asks with His presence will be the only way of blessing because His blessing goes with Him.
We may not yet have had all revealed but it is unfolding. God uses every opportunity for good.We will also be joyous because He loves us with unfailing love
God May be stripping away some traditions and preconceived attitudes that have become stale and manoeuvring forward to what He already knows to be the way forward.
He has made a covenant that His children will be known in all nations and be blessed.
It was the disciples and churches commission to take Jesus to all nations.
Our church buildings and regulations may have had temporary restrictions imposed but the living church body goes on from strength to strength forced out but still with Opportunity to continue in is commissioning.
We go on wherever Gods presence is we will be blessed.
The illustration is the Pregnant potential of offspring from the seed of Abraham. Multiple generations that the seed of Abraham has generated throughout Biblical eras and ongoing.His Covenant promises for blessing holding fast throughout.

“Their offspring shall be known among the nations, and their descendants in the midst of the peoples; all who see them shall acknowledge them, that they are an offspring the Lord has blessed.”Isaiah 61:9 ESV
“And the ark of the Lord remained in the house of Obed-edom the Gittite three months, and the Lord blessed Obed-edom and all his household.”2 Samuel 6:11 ESV
“And it was told King David, “The Lord has blessed the household of Obed-edom and all that belongs to him, because of the ark of God.” So David went and brought up the ark of God from the house of Obed-edom to the city of David with rejoicing.”
