“God is a righteous judge, and a God who feels indignation every day.”
A catastrophic change is called for.
God Hurts
God reveals Himself on His knees bent over as if in birthing pains panting as if in labour.
As Jesus did in the garden of Gethsemane before His crucifixion when He sweated blood.
God loves His people too much to leave them where they are.
He convicts us that we must change.
Not in condemnation but in love.
The era of the shepherd anointing, slow pace, kindness, low risk and safe has to step back.
The era of the warrior fighting to liberate is catapulted into effect.
The Luke warm as in Laodicea, is vomited out and fiery inhaled.
A catastrophic change is called for.
It is not just a time of disruption but of destruction.
He is rebirthing the church and the nations.
The Holy Spirit is spontaneous and requires spontaneity.
He will not be organised and slotted into a convenient place or organised.
He will move to His own tune not ours.
He is purifying and healing in this ‘Ready – get steady’ period So that when the ‘Go’ arrives it doesn’t take false starts to put us off winning our race.
Things will have already been exposed and let go of.
We will be in a place of embracing one another and all ready for lift off.
“When the Spirit of truth comes, he will guide you into all the truth, for he will not speak on his own authority, but whatever he hears he will speak, and he will declare to you the things that are to come.”
God is working in the hearts of many of us.
Updating and fine tuning us in readiness to receive the wave lengths and signals of His Holy Spirit.
If likened to a radio the waves are invisibly in existence.
Have been and always will be but He needs more of his people to receive them.
We can all pick them up.
It is a case of fine tuning our hearts.
God has been patient but it seems He is now waiting to address what is not of Him and bring it into the alignment with the era of preparing for the time when we will see Jesus Return.
The illustration shows God on His knees re birthing His will in the world.
The rainbow of hope and His promises.
The thinning veil separating us.
Four scriptures that come to mind:
“Behold my servant, whom I uphold, my chosen, in whom my soul delights; I have put my Spirit upon him; he will bring forth justice to the nations.”Isaiah 42:1 ESV
“I am the Lord; I have called you in righteousness; I will take you by the hand and keep you; I will give you as a covenant for the people, a light for the nations,”Isaiah 42:6 ESV
“For a long time I have held my peace; I have kept still and restrained myself; now I will cry out like a woman in labor; I will gasp and pant.”Isaiah 42:14 ESV
“Was it not the Lord, against whom we have sinned, in whose ways they would not walk, and whose law they would not obey?”Isaiah 42:24 ESV
