New Identity
Walk one step at a time in what we don’t fully understand.
Walk in the faith that, although there is chaos and a great shaking of so many aspects in our world in the natural, our King is ruling in His Kingdom and is turning everything for good.
Let us be accepting of this shaking and chaos, let it continue if from it Christ is dismantling all that He was unhappy with.
If the pervasion and defiled is to be radically renewed.
Let us decree with Him for all to be accomplished in what He has destined to be.
Over come what the enemy has corrupted in this world
He rules outside of time.
He has known from the beginning that this time would come and He has created us before time began, to be the people here in this era with our purpose specifically designed to be the chosen people to contend and co-partner with Him in His will.
To partner with Him in wisdom and authority.
We, in our testimony, like David, have experienced the presence of God as we have slain the bears and the lions and now know that, as we approach the Giant, God will remain faithful, the same and we just have to decipher our anointing.
That which He has given us to defeat what has seemed undefeated in the worlds view.
It is a time where we see a shift.
What has been may no longer be the mould or the technique that is required.
The old may even become a stumbling block.
Certainly the armour offered to David was of no assistance to how he knew he could succeed.
David’s known and trusted weapon, skill and God on His side was all that he needed then and on subsequent occasions.
To listen to God and obey were the requisite to success.
God has the wisdom and the way to orchestrate us through the chaos.
His progress has seemed to have been impeded when the enemy in the world attacks but right now these are counterproductive and are being used to assist the birthing of a new kingdom era.
The enemies hand is being revealed and Jesus will hold the trump card to win just as God held the trump card in Jesus at the cross to defeat Satan over death and to redeem us. There are no surprises to the Omnipresent.
A new well, new springs of water, will be dug and in conjunction with those preceding wells dug in Genesis 26 the new water will have power to overcome in this era, extinguishing the enemy’s breathe or fiery darts that we battle against.
Heralding new energy, great joy in kingdom life here on earth as it is in heaven.
The illustration shows us as a David size figure standing, fearless, un- thwarted against an armoured giant. Strong in the faith and knowledge of God’s promises.
Equipped by what we know to be our weapons of praise worship and loud authoritative prayer.
Lead in the dance and obedient to the harmonious tune of the Holy Spirit.
Three scriptures that come to mind:
“The message I preached and how I preached it was not an attempt to sway you with persuasive arguments but to prove to you the almighty power of God’s Holy Spirit. For God intended that your faith not be established on man’s wisdom but by trusting in his almighty power.”1 Corinthians 2:4-5 TPT
“Instead, we continually speak of this wonderful wisdom that comes from God, hidden before now in a mystery. It is his secret plan, destined before the ages, to bring us into glory. None of the rulers of this present world order understood it, for if they had, they never would have crucified the Lord of shining glory.”1 Corinthians 2:7-8 TPT
“And we articulate these realities with the words imparted to us by the Spirit and not with the words taught by human wisdom. We join together Spirit-revealed truths with Spirit-revealed words. Someone living on an entirely human level rejects the revelations of God’s Spirit, for they make no sense to him. He can’t understand the revelations of the Spirit because they are only discovered by the illumination of the Spirit. Those who live in the Spirit are able to carefully evaluate all things, and they are subject to the scrutiny of no one but God.”1 Corinthians 2:13-15 TPT
