We as individuals all have different personalities, strengths and weaknesses.
Collectively when we come together as the church that is great because we balance out to cover all bases and God honours our diversity.
If we are built on firm foundations we will all find ourselves as living stones with a purpose and an anointing reflected in some way as the body.
Christ is the head and cornerstone as a role model of all the different anointings.
In Leviticus God meticulously gave the instructions of the dimensions of the tabernacle and only when His instructions were obediently completed did He inhabit it .
In Ephesians He gives a five fold formula of what His living stones temple should be represented as: Apostles, Prophets, Evangelists, Pastors and Teachers.
If all of these are represented in the leadership then the government of the people within its body will be well represented and there will be formulated a well balanced bride of Christ.
God’s Glory will be present in churches set on firm foundations.
The governmental structure needs to be representative of this kingdom structure.
There will be Shepherds and Pastors who will nurture, guard, love, stabilise and who will be cautious and protective of that which could appear risky who will slowly and carefully proceed.
There will be teachers who also tend towards slow marinading and inspiring others with Truth and wisdom.
There will be apostles and prophets who on the other hand will be driven to Go, either as sending people to serve or as hearing Gods voice and wanting action in obedience.
Both of whom in nature are far quicker acting and less cautious able to take more risk when change is needed.
There will be evangelists gathering many in.
We all fall under the anointing of one or of operating under the shadow of another. We will find identity somewhere in this balanced leadership.
One would perhaps be fearful of there being friction between those who want to settle and remain and those more pioneering but because there is a kingdom grace on what God decrees in reality it will be with a sense of joy not frustration that this pattern for the body will Unite and jell to mature into a healthy, purpose filled body.
We sense the Lord raising His hand to advance the kingdom of God and to allow all these anointings to ooze into the atmosphere and become mandatory.
It is important for there to be the five fold attributes in the leadership, each equally valued to move on into where the Holy Spirit is calling.
A place where there are no boundaries, no limits.
Apostles to no longer hide but to be sent and not loose momentum.
Prophets to speak out their convictions of what God’s Will is.
Evangelists to keep on talking face to face and digitally to gather harvests in
Shepherds to keep nurturing with limitless boundaries for their flock.
Teachers To continue feeding, like the mother with her chicks, Theological and Spiritual truths into minds.
For all to step into the unknown fertile soil.
The limitless spacious space.
The mindset of letting go of the old and grasping the new.
The call Just Come.

Two scriptures that come to mind:
“You are rising like the perfectly fitted stones of the temple; and your lives are being built up together upon the ideal foundation laid by the apostles and prophets, and best of all, you are connected to the Head Cornerstone of the building, the Anointed One, Jesus Christ himself! This entire building is under construction and is continually growing under his supervision until it rises up completed as the holy temple of the Lord himself. This means that God is transforming each one of you into the Holy of Holies, his dwelling place, through the power of the Holy Spirit living in you!” Ephesians 2:20-22 TPT
“And he has appointed some with grace to be apostles, and some with grace to be prophets, and some with grace to be evangelists, and some with grace to be pastors, and some with grace to be teachers. And their calling is to nurture and prepare all the holy believers to do their own works of ministry, and as they do this they will enlarge and build up the body of Christ.”Ephesians 4:11-12 TPT
