Cast your cares on His shoulders.
Do not become paralysed, act with purpose.
Assume you are right where God wants you to be in this moment in this time.
“Who knows? was Mordecai’s question to Esther whether you have not come to the kingdom for such a time as this?”
We see problems around us and can either ignore what we see and our reaction and responsibility to that or we can connect and see that the problems of others are our problems too and justice and action need to be our call. We have a need to live as who we are in the moment we are in and take the lead, confront the challenge and be the example.
Returning to Esther’s story she risks her own life to resolve the problem she sees.
She confronts justice, she has compassion she potentially lays down her own life.
She mirrors Jesus and God honours and equips her.
We often pray for God to remove a problem and sometimes He does but equally often He provides the resources to be part of the removing but it requires discerning and obedience.
God is our rock, role model, redeemer, Eternal one.
He directs us and works through us in extraordinary ways.
Help us to rely on His love, grace and salvation and co partner with Him as we connect with issues in society.
Allow Him to draw out of us new things that face and fight the challenges in such a time as this where we have been purposed and called by name to be.
The illustration shows us casting our cares onto His shoulders.
Within that surrendering, intimacy and trusting He carries us and acts on our behalf as only He can.

“For if you keep silent at this time, relief and deliverance will rise for the Jews from another place, but you and your father’s house will perish. And who knows whether you have not come to the kingdom for such a time as this?”Esther 4:14 ESV
“Go, gather all the Jews to be found in Susa, and hold a fast on my behalf, and do not eat or drink for three days, night or day. I and my young women will also fast as you do. Then I will go to the king, though it is against the law, and if I perish, I perish.””Esther 4:16 ESV
