God as immanent, present here and now, with and within all of us.
God isn’t only transcendent, “out there,” and separate from me.
God has inhabited all that God has created, then all of our distinctions are silly we are one.
We do not receive the Holy Spirit, we perceive Him, He is already there.
Strictly speaking we are in error when we enter prayer or worship and say come Holy Spirit.
Ignite or burst forth would be more appropriate, He is already moulded as one with our spirit.
He is always within He doesn’t actually have to come.
On death therefore we will as one be released from our physical body to transcend to heaven together in Spirit.
Our spirit is fused with His and as such becomes as one.
Gives us our new authority.
In our prayer life we can, from this place, ask every day.
What are you doing in me?
We can align and partner more easily when we have that wisdom.
We do not have to think of God as distant, nor as confined in a box to be taken out in a certain way in certain conditions, for specific reasons.
No He is informally with us and a part of us.
We are one with Him.
In relationship, never alone.
In constant communion.
In the divine dance of the trinity.
Religion can make us too formal and awestruck with a God who in this era is beckoning relationship.
He is beckoning our senses to know Him more importantly than for us to have intellectual knowledge about Him.
“ Open my eyes to see”
The need to be mature in senses and on solid food.
His essence and being are only known in relationship.
Encounter and revelation trumps knowledge but both are necessary for full effectiveness.
You are deluded, because your hearts are not filled with the revelation of the Scriptures or the power of God.”
The illustration shows the divine dance of the trinity we are invited into.
Being in one with God the Father, God the Son and God the Holy Spirit.
Four scriptures that come to mind:
“But the one who joins himself to the Lord is mingled into one spirit with him.”1 Corinthians 6:17 TPT
“There has never been a generation that has been given the detailed understanding of this glorious and divine mystery until now. He kept it a secret until this generation. God is revealing it only now to his sacred apostles and prophets by the Holy Spirit.”Ephesians 3:5 TPT
“But solid food is for the mature, whose spiritual senses perceive heavenly matters. And they have been adequately trained by what they’ve experienced to emerge with understanding of the difference between what is truly excellent and what is evil and harmful.”Hebrews 5:14 TPT
“Open my eyes to see the miracle-wonders hidden in your word.”Psalms 119:18 TPT
