We will not be overwhelmed if we hunker down in Jesus where we dwell in peace and joy in all circumstances.
We are experiencing what we have called out in prayer for.
We have seen injustice, wrong doing, decline of moral principles, perpetrators of evil, so many things of adversity.
Darkness in the world.
We have called out to God for action and turn around.
God scripturally has said that He will only act when His Prophets have forewarned.
The bible reveals cycles of the same problems , the same experiences through history of both the trials and tribulations and the successes of people and nations.
We now experience a move and we are the generation for such a time as this.
We are fearful of that too.
The prophets are again pointing to the writing on the wall and, like Daniel, decreeing the hope from God for redemption.
We are in a period of amber alert and our choices and God’s sovereignty will define whether the lights are going to switch to red alert or to green for Go.
Frequently the prophetic visions and insights unfold on both personal and wider platforms of cultures or nations.
God is waiting on our responses and choices. His timing is always perfect.
His desire is for us to have victory both in the temporal and to draw attention to the eternal.
Hope in how we can bounce back, win over from being dragged back in a down turn period.
His desire is for us to give our attention to Him, be guided by the Holy Spirit only, have Jesus as Lord of our lives.
In a duration of a broken economy it may be time:
To tighten belts and live within our means.
To not embark on any great expenditure.
To resist the temptation for loans and debts.
To exhibit trustworthiness with our finances.
To equally be open handed and generous where that is possible.
Jesus’ heart is with the poor and maligned.
Where Satan wants conflict and war between nations and globally, Jesus’ heart is for honesty, fairness and zero corruption.
God in His over all vantage of omnipresence desires to heal and favour nations where He sees persecution.
To home those who are displaced and to prioritise the true values for our children and subsequent generations.
For unity and solidarity in praying for well being for all.
We will not be overwhelmed if we hunker down in Jesus where we will find peace and joy in all circumstances because our trust lies with Him.
The illustration is that of any one of us, a child of a God who knows the number of hairs on our head.
Clothed in a Christ who knows our heart as His own.
In dwelt by a Holy Spirit who is our advocate.
