Choose Faith not Fear.
Life is not always a playground it is a battleground.
We as Christians and church have a part to play in the transformation within society.
Now is not the time to, along with the world, feel helpless or powerless in our situation or circumstances.
Ask God what really matters because His Kingdom is unshakable.
Let hope arise in us.
Church is alive.
God takes what was meant for bad in Covid times and uses it for good.
All human nature seeks purpose, love and belonging and now more than ever church can take the lead in reaching these hungers.
They are a body who both physically and spiritually feed the hungry and poor, care for the weak and the vulnerable.
Bring hope, healing and truth to the lost and seeking.
Christians are dealers in faith, hope and love.
Jesus is both now and eternally.
Our faith holds on to the truth of who we were created to be.
Our hope is found in God’s promises and the good news that sets us free.
Our love comes from being created in the image of God and clothed in Jesus and the in dwelling of the Holy Spirit.
Life is not always a playground it is a battle ground.
We need all the three strands of the above.
This life is not the end.
Eternal life never comes to an end.
There is no fear in Love.
We bear witness to that in our lives.
This reveals the love of God in our hearts.
This reveals the kingdom of God in our lives.
This reveals a heavenly life lived here and now on earth.
This reveals being lead by the Holy Spirit.
This reveals Christ in us our hope of glory.
There is nothing more powerful than the love of God.
Holiness is expressed in love. It is Jesus in us.
Holiness is reflected in us through love. It reveals Jesus.
We are not hopeless we are powerful when we love, not because we ought to but because we want to.
We are then acting not in a religious legalistic spirit but in a real spirit of authority and power. Jesus in us.
The illustration shows God bending near with words of wisdom, love and encouragement in our moments of need. Just as Jesus is the rock of our foundation.
Two scriptures that come to mind:
“Until then, there are three things that remain: faith, hope, and love—yet love surpasses them all. So above all else, let love be the beautiful prize for which you run.”1 Corinthians 13:13 TPT
“It is the Lord who goes before you. He will be with you; he will not leave you or forsake you. Do not fear or be dismayed.””Deuteronomy 31:8 ESV
