“You stand in victory above the rest, stately and secure as you share with me your vineyard of love.”
When we look at Jesus and see and know our own true nature.
He reflects like a mirror what He sees us as when we are reflecting Him.
His resurrected spirit He gives to us.
That beautiful transfigured Light and being that He has become is in us.
The third day grave clothing that He removed from Himself and folded and laid aside
the tomb has been removed from us as we died to ourselves and became clothed in Him.
We too are saturated in the sound, fragrance and living light image of God.
That is how He sees us as forgiven Saints.
Coheirs with Christ.
As we come face to face in our time with Jesus we cast away shame and brokenness, the reflection that the enemy shows us as naked, dark and shattered.
In stepping closer we throw away the fig leaves of shame.
Instead of recoiling in condemnation we see our true identity in Jesus.
His light is upon us and the world then can see Him through us.
He loves us and we can reflect His love as we stand whole and in His light.
God’s news is good news.
There is no condemnation as the shattered image merges, melts and unifies as Jesus’ perfect image, a mystical union.
“But the one who joins himself to the Lord is mingled into one spirit with him.”
We see with clarity in the light.
No part of us reflecting Jesus has ugliness or darkness.
Only beauty and light.
We rise up strong
“For you are all children of the light and children of the day. We don’t belong to the night nor to darkness.”
Darkness flees because Jesus is the enemy ‘s enemy! The enemy has already been put under His foot.
Our baptism in water and in the Holy Spirit washes clean our sin and we reflect His Glory.
The illustration shows us to the left clothed in Light and Christ as God sees us.
The dark reflection in the shattered mirror is how we tend to see ourselves.
We only merge as one beautiful image of the Light of Christ if we have belief and faith in what the gospel and the word tell us.
