BREAKOUT POSITIVE THOUGHTS. 177 (Less is Greater, Greater is less ).

Pass the Parcel.

God invites us to come to the party with nothing.

We don’t have to have anything to qualify us for the invite other than to know and believe that we are sons and daughters of the kingdom.

Our mindset must not be of being good enough, deserving of, working hard enough, worthy enough

It is of resting, stopping, saying ‘yes’ and receiving the gift He promises.

There are no distinction in the invitation of us and them, good and bad, winners and losers.

All are invited.

We do nothing.

God’s blessings fall like rain upon the good and the bad equally.

We simply choose to open our hands and heart and receive or not.

He pours out on all.

Jesus laid down His life for the whole of earth. Everyone, his enemies as well as His friends in all generations.

Jesus had the same nature as the Father.

We have the same nature as Jesus and the Father.

Therefore we also have that same nature to pass on at the party like pass the parcel.

What we receive we impart.

“that which we have seen and heard we proclaim also to you, so that you too may have fellowship with us; and indeed our fellowship is with the Father and with his Son Jesus Christ.”

Biblically we were not called Christians, nor was Jesus.

Pagans gave us that name as to who we followed and later as our religion.

Jesus was uniquely called the Son of God.

We have become who He is.

Sons and daughters of God.

We have the nature of God.

Not as a reward for good deeds but as a freely given gift to be received or not.

There is a progression as in pass the parcel because although we choose to receive it our ownership also prerequisites that we pass it on in a repetitive cycle.

We receive undeserved love, kindness and blessing.

It leads to us realising sorrow for what we have not been.

Also to passing on what we have received as a blessing.

Others receive what we pass on.

We are transmitting the Fathers gift to them to receive and pass on.

As a Son of God we are not only our human being but also a life giving spirit.

We are transferring the new nature we are given.

God’s nature of love, righteousness, holiness.

Ours is only to receive, trust and believe.

Nothing will separate us from God.

He is not outside, coming down, making His presence visible, up in a separate heaven.

He is within us, we are as one, in His image.

Jesus says you are in Heaven, do as I do.

Jesus has come in flesh, our flesh, to change the earth.

We don’t have to ask for Spiritual blessing we have already been given it.

Everything we need we have already been given.

God has already told us what we need to do.

He chose us before the foundations of the world.

He chose us to be blameless in His sight.

He gave us the free gift of his inheritance.

He gave us Jesus and His kingdom.

We have only to believe this and receive.

Otherwise Christ counts for nothing.

It is the enemy in the world who asks? Did God really say?

It is the death of us at the cross, not at our physical death that gives us access to heaven and the kingdom.

To believe this access is only a result of any human effort is deceit.

Even as He chose us He blessed us.

“Blessed be the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ! According to his great mercy, he has caused us to be born again to a living hope through the resurrection of Jesus Christ from the dead,”

Jesus had the power to crush those who defiled Him and took His life but He took their sins away and blessed them as well as everyone.

He has the true nature of God.

He takes the sins of us all.

He offers them to God as a sacrifice.

He asks God to bless one and all.

This is our miracle when we take our gift and open it with belief.

The illustration shows the gifts of God, Jesus and Holy Spirit being given.

The darkness parting when we see these gifts are freely given, but for the taking, for all.

To be believed and received.

The scripture that come to mind:

“Blessed be the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, who has blessed us in Christ with every spiritual blessing in the heavenly places, even as he chose us in him before the foundation of the world, that we should be holy and blameless before him. In love he predestined us for adoption to himself as sons through Jesus Christ, according to the purpose of his will, to the praise of his glorious grace, with which he has blessed us in the Beloved. In him we have redemption through his blood, the forgiveness of our trespasses, according to the riches of his grace, which he lavished upon us, in all wisdom and insight making known to us the mystery of his will, according to his purpose, which he set forth in Christ as a plan for the fullness of time, to unite all things in him, things in heaven and things on earth. In him we have obtained an inheritance, having been predestined according to the purpose of him who works all things according to the counsel of his will, so that we who were the first to hope in Christ might be to the praise of his glory. In him you also, when you heard the word of truth, the gospel of your salvation, and believed in him, were sealed with the promised Holy Spirit, who is the guarantee of our inheritance until we acquire possession of it, to the praise of his glory.”
