“For I know the plans I have for you, declares the Lord, plans for welfare and not for evil, to give you a future and a hope.”
God’s Got This.
God desires all people to know Him and become as one with Him.
God sees us as His own.
We belong to Him and no other.
It is therefore important that we align and partner with Him.
Whatever the circumstance or situation we find ourselves in we can confidently stand firm in the assurance of His promises.
Sometimes the answer is to stop fighting the affliction and to learn how to flourish in it.
This might well be our experience during this pandemic.
Sometimes it is to become more connected to the Father and restored and to refuse to be distracted.
We can set our heart on seeking His face as we sit at the table knowing that we need only to be occupied with Him.
We are still on His mind.
We are still in His heart.
That His intentions for us have not changed.
When the Holy Spirit unites with our spirit we can rest in the assurance that it is His desire to invade our heart and our flesh.
As we allow this it enables Him to explode within us and radically transform us that which was barren and impotent then fires into life.
We step into a daily walk of spiritual maturity into life.
We are strengthened from within to overcome any demonic attack or oppression.
God owns us and we can refuse to allow any other entity to indwell or invade.
We have the power and authority to refuse entry or partnership in our lives.
When we feel under attack we can remember it is because we have given permission.
We have the dual residence of our own and the Holy Spirit within guarding our heart emotions and our flesh with Jesus’ authority.
The enemy will not be allowed access on our watch!
If our guard is down and, like the slow pressure of a crushing snake attempts to squeeze life out, we recognise the signs and instead of becoming over whelmed we have the authority in Jesus’ name to throw off and rebuke.
Our strength comes from the Lord who alone owns each of us and guards us.
He always extends His invitation to draw close at Bis table and eat with Him.
He tips the balance and brings good from what was meant for evil.
Recall and decree His promises always.
He brings our peace.
The illustration shows the balance that God will tip always for our welfare.
He will out weigh evil with good.
Bring light and push back the darkness.
Four scriptures that come to mind:

“But he who is joined to the Lord becomes one spirit with him.”1 Corinthians 6:17 ESV
“that according to the riches of his glory he may grant you to be strengthened with power through his Spirit in your inner being,”Ephesians 3:16 ESV
“This is good, and it is pleasing in the sight of God our Savior, who desires all people to be saved and to come to the knowledge of the truth.”1 Timothy 2:3-4 ESV
