“ We cling to You, we sing to You.“
“When I saw him, I fell at his feet as though dead. But he laid his right hand on me, saying, “Fear not, I am the first and the last,”
Our dwelling place is at the Lord’s feet.
There everything else looses its power.
Seeing Jesus and His beauty pales everything else into insignificance and whatever is plaguing us becomes powerless.
Daily, Looking at Him, gives us what we are living for.
There is no reason why I would look away but a million reasons why I should not.
He is our beginning to our completion and cause for our attention. The world grows strangely dim and is no longer our focus and distraction.
One encounter changes, transforms us and becomes our treasure. The Pearl of great price.
Trinkets of the world are no longer of value to hang on to.
He becomes the reason we live and for our lives.
You cannot love enough to portray His worthiness.
He possesses us 24/7.
Love bursts forth.
The love we give is but minuscule to the abundance of that which flows from God.
Deep meets with deep and the Holy Spirit within us, merged as one with our spirit overflows and cascades.
In overflowing it seeps into our hearts emotions frequently releasing tears, sometimes laughter always deep breath’s of peace and joy.
It overflows into our flesh quelling self desires in a greater desire to replicate worthiness too.
There is a response to choose, to believe to hope to follow to submit as we go forwards to follow with eyes only on Jesus.
The light which emanates from Him begins to emanate from our own being.
Our Spiritual Being visibly part of our Human Being.
In our Being at His feet, our cry is:“ We cling to You, we sing to You alone.”
The illustration shows the face of Christ upon whom we set our gaze. The light in the darkness. The light dispelling the darkness.
Three Scriptures that come to mind:
“When I saw him, I fell at his feet as though dead. But he laid his right hand on me, saying, “Fear not, I am the first and the last,”Revelation 1:17 ESV
“The Spirit and the Bride say, “Come.” And let the one who hears say, “Come.” And let the one who is thirsty come; let the one who desires take the water of life without price.”Revelation 22:17 ESV
“And this hope is not a disappointing fantasy, because we can now experience the endless love of God cascading into our hearts through the Holy Spirit who lives in us!”Romans 5:5 TPT
