BREAKOUT POSITIVE THOUGHTS. 216 . ( Less is Greater, Greater is less ).

Scripture is filled with evidence of mystery and supernatural.

Some in our traditional church have become very suspicious of what appears weird, unaccountable.

They have shunned away from it for fear of its demonstrating the occult and not being of God.

Trust in God enables discernment to what is from God.

Evidence of mystery are in both Old and New Testament.

The Prophets especially in the OT are called to foresee and to explain the mysteries revealed by God.

There are many concepts such as the lion and the lamb coexisting at peace on God’s mountain which remain as yet as mystery.

Acts and the birthing of the church began at Pentecost with the mystery of tongues of fire and speaking in tongues.

The parables in all the gospels allude to mysteries within the kingdom.

“For the kingdom of God does not consist in talk but in power.”

Many over the years have become mystery averse as we don’t like what we don’t understand as in signs and wonders.

We don’t like witnessing or believing in what we cannot be in control over.

The ways God might counsel His intent, bring revelation or manifest His presence are on His terms and we may want to resist and do things on our own terms.

We may have stepped back and away from Ways filled with mystery in the past but I believe we are stepping into the moment of a greater release of these mysteries and unique gifts.

Where we may only have scratched the surface and been in the shallow water is now being called to deeper.

The speciality of what we are called to is unique to each but the Lord will say Go much as He did in the mystery of Paul being sent from the Damascus road on his unique speciality.

We need a new boldness to hold and deal with mystery and God’s ways confidently.

It should be our specialism so that like Daniel we can pre-warn, discern God’s voice and advise, communicate His wisdom.

Perhaps be the seers, feelers, understanders of the ways He finds to communicate with us.

God’s people, His church should be the ones handling this responsibility in this era and the ones turned toward.

For its not being the New Age and occult turned to because they have usurped Godly mystery with witchcraft or the work of the enemy.

Many have been guilty of being cynical of what might appear strange.

Partnering then with the enemies opposition.

Looking for flaws and being unaccepting of God’s mystery.

Rolling eyes up and shouting down what God wants to communicate through.

God’s voice is clearly calling us to step into a moment of readiness which otherwise may be here and gone again.

Post all that has opened up in 2020 people are in a place of seeking and wanting to find answers and guidance.

There is a momentary readiness to surrender to the right answers, authority and power.

Gods Spirit desires to explode into lives.

A window of opportunity.

Let 2021 be where people find their answers from God in our Spirit filled church body.

A time to discern and partner wisely with what God is doing.

The Holy Spirit is described, the first time we meet Him, In Genesis as hovering, brooding, fluttering above the water.

We often encounter Him in exactly the same way but from within our body creating a fluttering and trembling.

He desires His presence to be felt and recognised.

The illustration of the Holy Spirit bringing Light into the darkness.

Four Scriptures that come to mind:

“The wolf and the lamb shall graze together; the lion shall eat straw like the ox, and dust shall be the serpent’s food. They shall not hurt or destroy in all my holy mountain,” says the Lord.”‭‭Isaiah‬ ‭65:25‬ ‭ESV‬‬

“For the kingdom of God does not consist in talk but in power.”‭‭1 Corinthians‬ ‭4:20‬ ‭ESV‬‬

“But do not overlook this one fact, beloved, that with the Lord one day is as a thousand years, and a thousand years as one day.”‭‭2 Peter‬ ‭3:8‬ ‭ESV‬‬

“The earth was formless and void or a waste and emptiness, and darkness was upon the face of the deep [primeval ocean that covered the unformed earth]. The Spirit of God was moving (hovering, brooding) over the face of the waters.”‭‭Genesis‬ ‭1:2‬ ‭AMP‬‬
