God created us for Himself not for us.
His presence is everything.
We are His and don’t belong to ourselves.
God reveals the depth of Himself to the depth of ourself.
To transform our mind to the mind of Christ.
Our mind starts thinking differently it is not based on logic but the breath of God breathed in changes us from a sin filled self to a righteous saint to stand upright in His presence.
When we realise we have got everything wrong.
We can hide ourselves in Him and at the same time know He is in us.
He does not want just our heart He wants our temple too.
‘Learn from Me’ ‘take my yoke it is easy to bear.’
God is Father to our spirit.
God is here to change our life .
We were born into sin, we inherited it from the first Adam.
God removed that sin with the second Adam, Jesus.
Jesus’ death and blood was more than for our salvation or our forgiveness.
It Removed, sin.
God says we are not guilty, which seems too good to be true!
But God is so good that it is so beyond a shadow of a doubt.
Conditional only that we Believe.
This freely given gift makes us worthy to reign.
In other words the saint and not the sinner.
The sinner has died, that self with the curse of the first Adam.
“He who has died is free from sin.
The righteous new born again hates things of sin and no longer has those desires.
This wonder enables us to bear fruits of righteousness and be the Father’s child.
“Whom the Son sets free is free indeed”
The laws gave us a clear definition of what was sinful but no solution to overcome being that person who sinned.
If there is no way to fix it will lead to death.
God provides a way out through Jesus.
The only way we find out is by being told and convicted of Jesus and all He represents.
By knowing what scripture tells us and therefore knowing the will of God and what He says.
Knowing His promises and our identity.
Not religious laws that say we are sinners but Christ resurrection truths that tell us Jesus removed sin.
We can hold sin captive and be overcomers.
Daily eat fresh manna that He provides for our spirit.
He gives us the mind of Christ to commune with our Father.
We “walk by the Spirit.”
God paid the price for us to be more than conquerors.
We are again His as we were originally designed to be.
Arise and shine.
The illustration shows us Spirit filled and breaking free if the chains of sin and death. Shining bright to chase the darkness away.
Four Scriptures that come to mind:
“The Spirit and your desires are enemies of each other. They are always fighting each other and keeping you from doing what you feel you should.”Galatians 5:17 CEV
“When Adam sinned, the entire world was affected. Sin entered human experience, and death was the result. And so death followed this sin, casting its shadow over all humanity, because all have sinned. Sin was in the world before Moses gave the written law, but it was not charged against them where no law existed. Yet death reigned as king from Adam to Moses even though they hadn’t broken a command the way Adam had. The first man, Adam, was a picture of the Messiah, who was to come.”Romans 5:12-14 TPT
“What should we say? Should we keep on sinning, so that God’s gift of undeserved grace will show up even better? No, we should not! If we are dead to sin, how can we go on sinning? Don’t you know that all who share in Christ Jesus by being baptized also share in his death? When we were baptized, we died and were buried with Christ. We were baptized, so we would live a new life, as Christ was raised to life by the glory of God the Father.”Romans 6:1-4 CEV
“For by his sacrifice he died to sin’s power once and for all, but he now lives continuously for the Father’s pleasure. So let it be the same way with you! Since you are now joined with him, you must continually view yourselves as dead and unresponsive to sin’s appeal while living daily for God’s pleasure in union with Jesus, the Anointed One.”Romans 6:10-11 TPT
