“The eyes of your spirit allow revelation-light to enter into your being. If your heart is unclouded, the light floods in!”
The more focused we are the less it takes to encourage us because we are so closely tuned into perceive the slightest signal.
Nothing else matters there is one thing we have a desire for.
We are alive and fine tuned into Jesus and keen to represent Him in every way and bring Him glory.
Little things will be noticed that draw attention to His goodness.
All else will diminish into the distraction that it is.
We have the prompting of the Holy Spirit residing within us.
We are gripped in our soul by words within a song or scriptures.
Even the non secular in the watching of the news or a film.
The stirring within pointing to a seed of God’s truth He wants to convey and share with us.
It is the desire and the promise in our heart we wait upon.
Just like Anna and Simeon in the temple who recognise in a baby presented to them a greater potential to come and an answer to what has been promised to them being fulfilled as the Spirit rested on them.
They noticed the slight signs and held anticipation and responded and had joy in their hearts.
They knew what they knew and were able to prophesy of what would be in the future.
God forewarns and releases such knowledge to those who who are fine tuned and focused without distraction.
Those who are focused and aware of such subtle signals.
God is even now wooing us in such a gestation time that will give rise to the birthing of the amazing unknown that we wait upon.
The new that will go beyond all measure of expectation.
That is beyond what has been before.
Just as Jesus was beyond all measure of what was expected.
Inconceivable!
God brings the unexpected as answers to many prayers and enables us to be part of these answers,
Like Elijah who prophesied drought became part of the solution of praying for rain clouds to come.
We too are drawn into being party to the solutions of what is to come.
The eyes of the Spirit allow revelation and Light to flood in.
The illustration shows the eye of the Spirit seeing what God reveals with clarity and belief. Enlightening what is in darkness.
