“Now may God, the inspiration and fountain of hope, fill you to overflowing with uncontainable joy and perfect peace as you trust in him. And may the power of the Holy Spirit continually surround your life with his super-abundance until you radiate with hope!”
Union with Jesus takes us into a whole other realm.
Welcome Him.
He will never leave us or forsake us.
When we love Jesus we have joy.
It is as simple as that, joy and peace whatever our circumstances may be.
This is where our strength lies to cut through whatever prevails.
It is about being close, intimate and carrying that joy that changes the atmosphere wherever we walk.
We carry the atmosphere of heaven here on earth.
God is always full of joy because He knows the end and the victory that we as Christians also profess.
“Don’t yield to fear. I am the Beginning and I am the End, the Living One! I was dead, but now look—I am alive forever and ever. And I hold the keys that unlock death and the unseen world.”
The harvest hinges on this joy not on being healed or saved but on lingering close in Jesus and in that continual joy and peace come what may.
We don’t need to wait for a better time we process it now rooted in Jesus.
This is what sets us apart from the world and what the world sees and yearns for.
We are the church the body sons and daughters who celebrate.
It is not actions that scaffold and support us it is Simply Jesus.
Partnering with Him we bring harvest.
Fear is a leveller that pulls people down.
Loosing joy we drop our eyes.
Joy lifts our heads and eyes and we march forwards.
Onward and upwards.
We shift from autopilot to maturely navigating and grasping the opportunities which excite us.
We are uplifted by knowing and sensing that God is going to do something and we are ready.
We leap for joy energised in the knowledge that the enemy cannot steal our strength when if it is in Jesus.
Joy is not just an emotion it is positional and location.
A place we can occupy with conviction.
It becomes a place which is part of our identity.
It becomes unshakable as we partner with God’s joy in heaven and on earth.
We are not ignorant of the enemy’s devices to undermine what God is moving in and as much as the enemy tries to rob us of our joy we will not succumb.
He will not succeed.
The illustration shows us rooted in Jesus in His joy to radiate hope and bring light to the darkness.
