Stepping into purity to focus on what lies ahead encompasses choices and decisions.
The period of grace to reestablish our footing could be past and along with it the status of being unidentifiable within a mixture of souls in the body.
God has distaste for divisions and mixtures within one and is at the stage now of splitting parts to form the one perfected and pure to reinstate a unity in the one to be a glorified and made holy body.
The separation time between ‘all sold out’ for Jesus in our lives or tentative, nominal only, will be the final purifying of the body.
The truths in the word in Matthew 10 are difficult to come to terms with but equally truths.
The era that we are now caught up in is one very much in preparation for Christ returning for a pure bride church. Being that bride takes a lot of preparation, of taking hold of and coming to terms with and a willingness to let go of, just as the becoming a bride in the natural does.
There is radical obedience in our vows of partnership and God prepares us always in advance. Doors open and close but we are assured that God has the right key for our advance.
Jesus contended with death Mary in anointing Him contended with scorn. We too will contend with the tension between our heart and the flesh of the world.
Victory is not a surprise with God, it is an expectation.
Our connection to the revelation from the bible aids our advance as does the revaluation of the Holy Spirit in our journeying.
Historically we learn in the bible that God will tell people to advance when they seem at their weakest because then He is strongest. He told Gideon’s army to Go, to advance when it was at its smallest and again when they were in hiding in a hole!
It is necessary to know what is God’s season, timing and calling and to therefore not be ministering to needs but in fact against His will. Never being enablers of sin due to desires to restore the wrong thing.
Warriors not victims. Creators of what is to be. In partnership with where God is not where He is not.
We don’t emerge thinking we will only survive we emerge knowing victory.
God of multiple generations before and to come has the overseeing eye that arcs over seeing what was and is to come and He weaves us in the here and now moment in a story that we still have not seen.
He measures it by not just in this moment of time but in what we don’t have knowledge of.
What has been squandered; what will be diluted if we lack obedience and prompting through the dawning and pain of birthing of the remnant spoken of in scripture.
We have an incomplete understanding of mercy and compassion.
In Acts it was mercy that allowed persecution in the newly birthed church because from it grew increased strength and power from abandonment to total reliance on God.
So it will be in the birthing of the final remnant, a persecuted church is symptomatic of a dangerous, on fire body under the attack of an enemy already out of the water and flailing.
Now is the anointing ready for the dynamics of the kingdom to come.
From a posture of humility and weakness of total dependence on the Lord who occupies all of our attention we are led through the valley of shadow of death by His rod and staff and we reclaim what has already been redeemed.
“Don’t be in fear of those who can kill only the body but not your soul. Fear only God, who is able to destroy both soul and body in hell.”
The illustration shows the ‘ sold out ‘ for Jesus worshipper focused only upon and spirit filled emanating and reflecting the Light of Christ that pushes back the darkness.
