“God is spirit, and those who worship him must worship in spirit and truth.”
We are spiritual beings, like God, our spirit will go on into eternity. We are clothed in flesh and blood temporally in this world and that will die.
We operate in two realms. In the world and in the spiritual realm.
“God is spirit, and those who worship him must worship in spirit and truth.”
Corporately the body of the church operates and has identity in the world and in the spiritual realm.
“I tell you, something greater than the temple is here.”
The concept of being in the spirit and knowing the spiritual realm was awake and alive in the early church in Acts. There is much scriptural evidence documented in the word.
The enemy has watered down this concept of being in the spirit realm and being able to access it.
We are naturally awake in the world of flesh realm many are not awake in the spirit realm in the same way.
Some awakening into the spiritual realm is accessed in prayer, some in worship, some is through our senses of the atmosphere, some is through our sense organs being opened to receive.
We are bi- located, seated with God in the heavens and standing on earth in our flesh.
In the Garden of Eden God lost Adam and Eve and called out “where are you?” Not because He didn’t know their location but because their sin had separated them from walking with Him unashamedly in the spirit.
We have only been made spiritually alive with God again through Jesus.
We can truly focus on Him and dwell in the two zones, realms, the natural and the spiritual. Be with Him in “spirit and truth” There we encounter the truth of who God is in the spirit realm.
“even when we were dead in our trespasses, made us alive together with Christ—by grace you have been saved— and raised us up with him and seated us with him in the heavenly places in Christ Jesus,”
Knowing God is not only a theology or doctrine passed on through generations of church worship.
Being with Him in the spirit is not only praying and singing in tongues, a gift of a spiritual language.
It is being saturated in the spiritual realm. A greater awakening, identity and dimension that we and church are on the threshold of.
We are already awake to the flesh and to being Jesus’s hands and feet.
This spiritual realm enables the encounters and for God to become the lion, Jesus to be the lamb to see why the earth is shaking.
This realm empowers and equips for signs and miracles to manifest. It enables the prophetic to forewarn.
The decrees, the laying on of hands to heal, liberate the captives and oppressed, raise the dead.
To anoint and impart the Spirit to others. The pivotal point where we are set with a new default.
Where we can dream big with God and expect signs wonders and miracles and be surprised not when it happens but when it doesn’t.
The supernatural is part of the present truth. We are in the same reality check as God grounded in His power.
Our emotions, compassion and desire are harnessed to do battle with what is not of God.
Reigning and ruling and embracing the supernatural to subdue, fill and own what we are ordained to.
The supernatural will be an expression of God in us that we live and operate in. The authority we have been given already fully activated.
There would be a new state of normal in the body of Christ that was awake to the spiritual more than to the flesh. Similar to when Samuel the prophet dealt with the anointing of Saul to be King and he was changed by his meeting with a company of prophets from being perplexed and overwhelmed to being strong and another man led by God.
“ Then the Spirit of the Lord will rush upon you, and you will prophesy with them and be turned into another man.”
We navigate by the spirit when we become awakened and alive to both realms. The impartation of the Holy Spirit fans into flame the gifts of God. We minister well by being in step with the Spirit.
“ If we live by the Spirit, let us also keep in step with the Spirit.”
The illustration shows seeing and being in the spirit realm. Us within Christ, He within us, being in the spectrum, spirit presence of power and light. The light pushing back the darkness.
