God continually commends and blesses us for all that is righteous in our lives.
He affirms and encourages and rewards and calls us to receive so that we might equally cast them down again at His feet in our praise as the elders cast their crowns before Him.
The Trinitarian divine dance of receiving and returning only to receive again momentum is mirrored as we participate also.
It is in receiving His “well done” son or daughter that we are spiralled and lifted ever higher and nearer.
To places where we can no longer do what we once did because we own a higher claim on our lives as we submit more to the life of. Christ who dwells within us.
It is said also that the bride makes herself ready in clothes of righteousness.
“Bride has made herself ready; it was granted her to clothe herself with fine linen, bright and pure”— for the fine linen is the righteous deeds of the saints.”
Each of us receives but is required to be proactive in growing in, using and offering what we have received.
We are called by Jesus to stand “on the rock” having been brought from the side lines to the centre where that stability and authority upholds us.
The place where the word, the bible firmly underpins us instead of being on the mud and mire of our own thinking.
The place where we remain cleansed and stable by being accountable to the fullness of biblical standards. Encountering the mind of God, Christ and the Holy Spirit in their purity.
The Trinity who invented the spectrum and light and who are light.
The word that also gets caught up off the page to dance the divine dance of the Trinity and make them living and active in truth to feast upon and allow them to build us.
“So I opened my mouth, and he gave me this scroll to eat. And he said to me, “Son of man, feed your belly with this scroll that I give you and fill your stomach with it.” Then I ate it, and it was in my mouth as sweet as honey.”
The illustration shows the spectrum of the Trinity and light. The bible with words spiralling in the divine dance of truth off the page and into our understanding and being. The light pushing back the darkness which cannot overcome.
