BREAKOUT POSITIVE THOUGHTS. 367 ( Less is Greater, Greater is less .

“If you abide in me, and my words abide in you, ask whatever you wish, and it will be done for you.”

God has said seek my face……followed by and all will be added. It is the journey and the adding that is His focus more than the outcome which is our focus.

The Spirit acts in opposition to the world.

When things loom that look impossible it becomes the most likely season for the turn around and for it to become possible.

The Spirit acts in opposition to the world.

When He sees our faith stepping out to take a risk He acts to glorify the Lord.

When there is oppression on individuals, households, Cities, Nations it is the likely season for outpourings and anointing to bring a turn around.

In standing firmly and humbly He defends and brings deliverance and healing.

“if my people who are called by my name humble themselves, and pray and seek my face and turn from their wicked ways, then I will hear from heaven and will forgive their sin and heal their land.”

What attracts God into a situation or circumstance is when we honour Him by taking a risk and being all in regardless of the consequences to our pride or self seeking.

There is an atmosphere pervading of our commitment and He invests in it.

When Isaac was confronted with famine he did not buckle under it but trusted and sowed and reaped 100 fold.

Sowing seeds in tears in their desperation to eat was rewarded by joy in the provision harvested.

It says he prospered and was very prosperous . God rewarded his investment into the future.

There is an affirmation of our reliance and relationship with God and with one another and He reaffirms His covenant.

When Nehemiah found Israel mortgaging and selling off their family inheritances to gain money for taxes and food irrespective of their futures and regardless of the slavery and compromise people were being put under, he commanded that they put others, families and their futures first. Supporting those close and not taking advantage.

“We will restore these and require nothing from them. We will do as you say.” And I called the priests and made them swear to do as they had promised.”

There is a compassion and generosity of heart that He sows into.

Where we see such an alive church growing, as in Acts, where everyone looked after everyone else’s needs and did not covet for themselves only. This rallying around was sourced from the heart of love and generosity, no governmental dictate.

Even when in need, as there had been a prophecy of a famine for themselves, they elected to take an offering to send to relieve their brothers in Judea.

There is reward for being thankful and trusting for God’s promises. God sows into generosity when we honour Him with radical faith and obedience because we give evidence of caring, serving and doing always of our best whenever and for whoever.

We create a space for the Spirit to breakthrough. To provide answers and solutions. For God to be who He wants to be and to be made visible to all through us all by our acts.

The Spirit acts in opposition to the world.

The illustration shows Christ who abides in us and we in Him. Shining and bringing breakthrough light into the world to push back the darkness
