BREAKOUT POSITIVE THOUGHTS. 391. ( Less is Greater, Greater is less .

“Oh, the depth of the riches and wisdom and knowledge of God! How unsearchable are his judgments and how inscrutable his ways!”

There is a close relationship between wisdom and God because wisdom is in the Triune God. It was in the beginning just as the word was. Christ is wisdom.

Good comes from the wrestle we have for wisdom.

Breakthrough is a concept that can only exist within the boundaries of constraints .

Therefore when we go through our season of uncertainty of the way or even doubt, the contending and wrestling inside should not be disdained or despise because from it truth and wisdom are birthed.

Just as when Jacob has his eureka moment as he slept, with a rock as his pillow and had the vision of angels ascending and descending from heaven.

“Surely the Lord is in this place, and I did not know it.”
In wrestling and contending we solidify our views, what we think, where we stand, what we should do.

We become stronger, taller more certain in the very process. When we ask the hard questions of God it gives us an opportunity to move forward.

He always holds the wisdom we seek and will be ready to divulge it frequently instantly, occasionally after more delving.

We make God our first priority and port of call above all other. We allow Him to mould and shape us. We position ourselves where we can evaluate and purge. Often He will surround us with others who can bring truth.

God has a solution.

“But seek first the kingdom of God and his righteousness, and all these things will be added to you.”

Our questions are what make the wrestle and what give God the opportunity to answer those questions. The answers refine us, transform us and lead to progression.

There is a vulnerability of standing naked, make up free, raw and maybe broken and with our hands held up in exhausted surrender.

It is a place where God, our community family of church can reach out to share the weight of raising our arms and keeping us up in our weakness until we find our strength again.

We can give thanks for those times when it doesn’t make sense because it opens the door of opportunity for wisdom and love to break through, become visible and be desired by others too.

Just as when the Queen of Sheba sought after King Solomon‘s wisdom it pointed to the source from whence it came.

“Your wisdom and prosperity surpass the report that I heard. Happy are your men! Happy are your servants, who continually stand before you and hear your wisdom! Blessed be the Lord your God,”.

Together we are the witnesses to the world and bring revival.

The illustration shows the hands of the church holding us up and supporting us as we reach out. The hands of Jesus reaching down from the cross and heaven to pull us closer into His love and wisdom. The light emanating into the world to push back the darkness.

Four Scriptures that come to mind:

“Oh, the depth of the riches and wisdom and knowledge of God! How unsearchable are his judgments and how inscrutable his ways!”‭‭Romans‬ ‭11:33‬ ‭ESV‬‬

“Behold, I am with you and will keep you wherever you go, and will bring you back to this land. For I will not leave you until I have done what I have promised you.” Then Jacob awoke from his sleep and said, “Surely the Lord is in this place, and I did not know it.””‭‭Genesis‬ ‭28:15-16‬ ‭ESV‬‬

“But seek first the kingdom of God and his righteousness, and all these things will be added to you.”‭‭Matthew‬ ‭6: 33 ESV

“And she said to the king, “The report was true that I heard in my own land of your words and of your wisdom, but I did not believe the reports until I came and my own eyes had seen it. And behold, the half was not told me. Your wisdom and prosperity surpass the report that I heard. Happy are your men! Happy are your servants, who continually stand before you and hear your wisdom! Blessed be the Lord your God, who has delighted in you and set you on the throne of Israel! Because the Lord loved Israel forever, he has made you king, that you may execute justice and righteousness.””‭‭1 Kings‬ ‭10:6-9‬ ‭ESV‬‬
