BREAKOUT POSITIVE THOUGHTS. 393. ( Less is Greater, Greater is less .

“Now to him who is able to do far more abundantly than all that we ask or think, according to the power at work within us,”

The revival we seek will become through the power of Jesus and His gift of the Holy Spirit made manifest in our churches.

Past revivals have revealed the Father and His goodness.

The revival we seek to encounter will liberate a church that has become Luke warm and anaemic to one powered and on fire to heal, deliver and reveal our identity and purpose as children of God.

We cannot save ourselves only He can bring that about in a response for our desire to encounter Him to transform us.

No limitations bound by aversion to criticism or feeling offended. Unchained and free to ripple the effect from individual to church to community to Nations the church has to lead.

“Ask of me, and I will make the nations your heritage, and the ends of the earth your possession.”

God laughs at what is plotted against Him He has all in control and we represent Him. This psalm which has prophesy for today warns of the world’s rebellious folly.

“He who sits in the heavens laughs; the Lord holds them in derision. Then he will speak to them in his wrath, and terrify them in his fury, saying, “As for me, I have set my King on Zion, my holy hill.””‭‭Christ rules His kingdom.

This global attack of criticism that we see the signs of already and which will increase is unprecedented and will extend as Christians stand stronger about what they will not tolerate. Jesus and His power is our model.

“So if the Son sets you free, you will be free indeed.”

As Nations come into turmoil the church having courage and remaining strong will have impact upon them.

How we think of and treat immigrants is high on God’s agenda because we were the immigrants of an Egyptian nation and He was ever faithful to protect, provide as He liberated and made us inclusive.

He has biblically condemned shunning, excluding and giving lesser freedoms and rights to.

He has reminded us that we were once the excluded foreigners. He has reminded us that we are all one in Christ.

“But now in Christ Jesus you who once were far off have been brought near by the blood of Christ. “

Jesus taught that we are all equal. That we have refuge in the Cities. That we will be provided for. That we will not be deprived of justice.

Looking into our hearts honestly do we have the heart of Jesus?

Are we fighting in prayer, word and deed to keep boarders open? Are we embracing, caring and loving towards? Are we selfishly saying there is not enough to share forgetting that God blesses by the measure of our generosity?

“Love one another. As I have loved you, so you must love one another.”

We are God’s spokespersons and representatives on the earth.

When we are transformed we too will become partners to transform and liberate.

Power is never to dominate but to serve in the kingdom.

Jesus did not come back wielding a sword of power but with a gift of the Holy Spirit power.

Beautifully intolerant of violence. Fearless of mocking and threatening. Stewarding freedom. Condemning only those who depart from the truth. No compromise.

We represent Jesus.

The illustration shows us emanating light when we love one another as He loves us. Bringing freedom to others to witness, being the transforming power that pushes back the darkness.

Seven Scriptures that come to mind:

“Ask of me, and I will make the nations your heritage, and the ends of the earth your possession.”‭‭Psalm‬ ‭2:8‬ ‭ESV‬‬

“He who sits in the heavens laughs; the Lord holds them in derision. Then he will speak to them in his wrath, and terrify them in his fury, saying, “As for me, I have set my King on Zion, my holy hill.””‭‭Psalm‬ ‭2:4-6‬ ‭ESV‬‬

“A new command I give you: Love one another. As I have loved you, so you must love one another.”‭‭John‬ ‭13:34‬ ‭NIV‬‬

“remember that you were at that time separated from Christ, alienated from the commonwealth of Israel and strangers to the covenants of promise, having no hope and without God in the world. But now in Christ Jesus you who once were far off have been brought near by the blood of Christ. For he himself is our peace, who has made us both one and has broken down in his flesh the dividing wall of hostility”‭‭Ephesians‬ ‭2:12-14‬ ‭ESV‬
