BREAKOUT POSITIVE THOUGHTS. 434 ( Less is Greater,Greater is less .

“Do not be overcome by evil, but overcome evil with good.”

The goodness of God is present in all situations and points us towards knowing that He loves us so much that He is going to deal with setting us right.

Continually pruning us to allow the best growth, outcome brokenness and eventual flourishing and fruits.

He is all things to us in all circumstances.

His goodness enables us to walk a road to prepare us for our next season.

Often we count up costs and have prayers that list our woes, needs and requests. It is our better option to “count our many blessings and name them one by one”.

Human thinking transformed to kingdom thinking. God is a good God with desires to do good for all people. Believers and unbelievers alike.

Equally He uses all people alike for His purpose. He used the voice of Caiaphas, the high priest, to prophesy Jesus would die for the God’s people and Israel.

God desires us to love all even our enemies. It is a kingdom principle because it is His nature.

“But I say to you, Love your enemies and pray for those who persecute you, so that you may be sons of your Father who is in heaven. For he makes his sun rise on the evil and on the good, and sends rain on the just and on the unjust.”

It is His heart to love those who do not deserve it equally.

“He does not deal with us according to our sins, nor repay us according to our iniquities.”

Through His blessings and favours bestowed upon all equallythere is an open door to return to Him and His love always.

It falls upon us likewise to not take offence or shut anyone out.

It would be hypocritical to Will a revengeful exchange of action for anyone which would reveal our lack of understanding of how good God is and how in all things He works for the better good.

“And we know that for those who love God all things work together for good, for those who are called according to his purpose.”

We also know that the Holy Spirit is helping us and intercedes in our weakness and we are therefore reliant on His goodness.

We don’t have a hundred percent understanding of His Will while the Holy Spirit does and helps us pray accordingly.

“Likewise the Spirit helps us in our weakness. For we do not know what to pray for as we ought, but the Spirit himself intercedes for us with groanings too deep for words.”

We must bless all as God blesses all. God’s goodness is for all, all of the time.

God is always better than we can imagine and we can rest in that goodness all the time.

It is enough for us to linger in peace, joy and contentment.

“Bless the Lord, O my soul, and all that is within me, bless his holy name!”

The illustration shows us in and under the clouds of God’s goodness surrounded by the spectrum of the Holy Spirit. Emanating Light and pushing back the darkness.

Seven Scriptures that come to mind:

“But one of them, Caiaphas, who was high priest that year, said to them, “You know nothing at all. Nor do you understand that it is better for you that one man should die for the people, not that the whole nation should perish.” He did not say this of his own accord, but being high priest that year he prophesied that Jesus would die for the nation, and not for the nation only, but also to gather into one the children of God who are scattered abroad. So from that day on they made plans to put him to death.”‭‭John‬ ‭11:49-53‬ ‭ESV‬‬

“But I say to you, Love your enemies and pray for those who persecute you, so that you may be sons of your Father who is in heaven. For he makes his sun rise on the evil and on the good, and sends rain on the just and on the unjust.”‭‭Matthew‬ ‭5:44-45‬ ‭ESV‬‬
