BREAKOUT POSITIVE THOUGHTS. 447 ( Less is Greater,Greater is less .

“O Lord, God of our fathers, are you not God in heaven? You rule over all the kingdoms of the nations. In your hand are power and might, so that none is able to withstand you.”

Satan is created. He is not a creator. We accidentally empower him by our ignorance regarding him and of our own, God given, authority over him.

We loose power and authority in what we inadvertently give him permission to take.

We even as children of God and church have not grasped some of his identity and some of the magnitude of God’s truths and these together have allowed the world into our dwelling and not just the kingdom.

Satan began being an enemy, ultimately deserving rejection from heaven and the kingdom, by rebelling against God’s kingdom, principles and rules.

It presupposes that we know God’s heart, principles and rules to see where this continues in the world.

The enemy still rebels against God’s principles.

In our country and others the immigration policy rebels God’s heart of love and His principles on refugees.

“When a stranger sojourns with you in your land, you shall not do him wrong. You shall treat the stranger who sojourns with you as the native among you, and you shall love him as yourself, for you were strangers in the land of Egypt: I am the Lord your God.”

Leviticus also clearly documents how to share fairly and look after those in poverty and how to handle finances.

There is a disparity in financial politics that are dictated by capitalism and accruing wealth instead of looking after those without instead of sharing and not being self orientated.

“Do not lay up for yourselves treasures on earth, where moth and rust destroy and where thieves break in and steal,”

Where there are boundaries and borders, fragmented churches in denominations there is rebellion against God’s unity and so the list goes on.

We are challenged and called to own and accept what our choices are and what this enables power over.

We have been given authority and power in God’s kingdom.

Our enemy manifests himself in areas that which Satan has any authority over, the world, its institutions and the flesh of our bodies.

To imitate Christ is to be like Christ not political ideologies. We trivialise Jesus if we associate Him to powers of governments.

Political governance is rooted in power wielding, pride and domination. Christ’s kingdom is rooted in serving, humility and self sacrifice.

No governmental laws look like those of love in the gospels.

God’s Laws on the principle of: Forgiveness and turn the other cheek. Heel and bless your enemy. Return evil with good. Lend money to your enemy and expect nothing in return. Bleed yourself dry by giving or blessing the immigrant or needy.

Conversely, the rebellion of the enemy is founded on hate and self promotion. Rules of the consumer benefits regardless of anyone else. Being served and beneficiary of all others. Seeking justice and revenge. Being militant, empire building and triumphant.

God has clearly drawn a line between these kingdoms. Ours must match His. We cannot afford to be two minded.

God gives us territory and trusts that we give the enemy no rights there.

The territory in our hearts needs to be fully emptied of sin and made ready to be fully occupied by the Holy Spirit and Christ’s indwelling.

Snatch back anything and remove anything we have permitted the enemy to steal.

Entrust ourselves to the only one who we know beyond doubt loves us more than we do ourselves. This will be our victory and will defeat the enemy.

Death could not hold Jesus down. What belongs to Him belongs to us too. He will return to us all that was stolen.

This is God’s battle and in submitting and resting in Him we choose the victory too.

God takes over all territory. We just lean in to Him closer and closer.

“O Lord, God of our fathers, are you not God in heaven? You rule over all the kingdoms of the nations. In your hand are power and might, so that none is able to withstand you.”

The illustration shows Christ’s rule emanating light pushing back the darkness of the enemies domain.

Three Scriptures that come to mind:

“When a stranger sojourns with you in your land, you shall not do him wrong. You shall treat the stranger who sojourns with you as the native among you, and you shall love him as yourself, for you were strangers in the land of Egypt: I am the Lord your God.”‭‭Leviticus‬ ‭19:33-34‬ ‭ESV‬‬

“Do not lay up for yourselves treasures on earth, where moth and rust destroy and where thieves break in and steal,”‭‭Matthew‬ ‭6:19‬ ‭ESV‬‬

“O Lord, God of our fathers, are you not God in heaven? You rule over all the kingdoms of the nations. In your hand are power and might, so that none is able to withstand you.”‭‭2 Chronicles‬ ‭20:6‬ ‭ESV‬‬
