BREAKOUT POSITIVE THOUGHTS. 489 ( Less is Greater, Greater is less .)

“Do you not believe that I am in the Father and the Father is in me? The words that I say to you I do not speak on my own authority, but the Father who dwells in me does his works.”

Throughout all the distraction that there is in the media and elsewhere we have to strengthen our gaze upon Jesus and His promises. Take our eyes off all the chaos and disorder.

It is said a goldfish has a better attention span than a human!

If we focus on Jesus. If we magnify Him. He becomes bigger and fills our eyes and then He who is worthy to take the bigger place, the priority, halts the distraction’s power.

We are called to a deeper fascination with Him that will fill us with awe and wonder so that we and the next generation will become awe struck in serving you. Scripture says even the angels are in awe.

“It was revealed to them that they were serving not themselves but you, in the things that have now been announced to you through those who preached the good news to you by the Holy Spirit sent from heaven, things into which angels long to look.”

Our awe and wonder must not only be personal but corporate because we each sustain the fire in one another. Together, in partnership, we create an open heaven.

Belonging and not relying on our independence is so scriptural as we become the living stones. We can reach together that which is not reachable alone.

There is anointing on the cluster. New wine is found in the cluster.

“Thus says the Lord: “As the new wine is found in the cluster, and they say, ‘Do not destroy it, for there is a blessing in it,’ so I will do for my servants’ sake, and not destroy them all.”

We bless each other, we care and love in community, in family. We create generosity and abundance in joy, peace and love for one another. It is impossible to live and extend this isolated.

Together we truly tap into God’s abundance and create a space to release His presence into the atmosphere. We are required to become vulnerable and stripped of all pretence and cosmetic cover up.

The risk we are prepared to leap into today will determine how we live our tomorrow and our next decade.

To take a risk is faith filled. God’s promises hinge on our faith.

“And without faith it is impossible to please him, for whoever would draw near to God must believe that he exists and that he rewards those who seek him.”

There is safety in having all the answers before we leap. We are then making a considered decision. A leap of faith exemplifies our trust in God. Marks us as people of faith.

Without faith it is impossible to please God.

We do not have to have all the answers. We do not have to understand the outcomes.

The decision is trust or control.

We live by revelation. God fills in the gaps that we leave and His miracles and provision create the wonderful song of success, story of victory.

“O Lord, my heart is not lifted up; my eyes are not raised too high; I do not occupy myself with things too great and too marvellous for me. But I have calmed and quieted my soul, like a weaned child with its mother; like a weaned child is my soul within me.”

The illustration shows the new wine found in the cluster of those focused upon Jesus only. Light emanating and pushing back the darkness.

Five Scriptures that come to mind:
