BREAKOUT POSITIVE THOUGHTS. 509. ( Less is Greater, Greater is less .)

“until we all attain to the unity of the faith and of the knowledge of the Son of God, to mature manhood, to the measure of the stature of the fullness of Christ, so that we may no longer be children, tossed to and fro by the waves and carried about by every wind of doctrine, by human cunning, by craftiness in deceitful schemes.”

Words have power when we communicate what God has to say. Faith comes by hearing .

“So faith comes from hearing, and hearing through the word of Christ.”

More is released than words it gives language to link what we experience to thought patterns and understanding . Our Spiritual maturing.

In the natural development and maturing we express and communicate.

As a baby we need to gain that language to communicate and relate one to another and to ourselves.

What we say often can be interpreted into what we have been influenced by. What level of understanding and intellect we have, and be an indicator of our emotions and personality.

In the natural. No two people crowded into a room with an elephant in the middle will describe the creature in its entirety but each description will have its own perspective and clarity.

In the Spiritual development we are often in danger of tying ourselves to words, perceptions that are not completely true, only partially. We therefore may not always be right in our presumptions.

There is a weightiness that requires astute clarity coming forth from the Lord in this season.

We are not in a time of pantomime, flippancy and comedy but more sobering and seriousness yet not lacking in it’s own release of joy.

We sense a time of adjusting our posture, stance to legs apart and straight backed to be disciplined to safely hold the weights we are lifting without injury.

What may not be attainable in our own strength is possible when we are together or when our Father takes the strain.

We are a gift to one another and the recipients of the gifts of God. Again we demonstrate the impact of relationship. Followers of Jesus have both a great capacity and much to invest.

Connectedness. We are God’s not our own. His currency is for us to receive, give and multiply.

It may seem risky and costly to raise up disciples but it is our commission to be fishers of men.

We are interrelated and therefore in need of constant servicing to keep us well aligned and in good working order.

The church is what I am, not something I go to. It is not me it is us.

As we sow so shall we reap. We sometimes have to be mindful of not getting locked in one mindset.

“For the one who sows to his own flesh will from the flesh reap corruption, but the one who sows to the Spirit will from the Spirit reap eternal life.”

Sometimes, when buying a house, a structural survey is required to reveal what faults need exposing and dealing with that have resulted from previous renovations from the original build.

What has looked fine cosmetically, even updated and modernised, from the outside may have cracks emerging because an important weight bearing structure has been removed and not replaced with the correct supporting structure it required.

Potential danger and destruction could result if no rectification is made. It can be made fit for purpose with the right attention.

We can do nothing about our gifting and anointing. We can only consecrate our lives to God to make us perfect and fit for His purpose in us.

Then The Father’s intention will be lived out as we are consumed with what is on His heart here and now because of His love for us all whoever we are.

We receive love unconditionally limitlessly.

The illustration shows the word being spoken and needing to be heard for faith to emanate as light pushing back the darkness.

Three Scriptures that come to mind:

“until we all attain to the unity of the faith and of the knowledge of the Son of God, to mature manhood, to the measure of the stature of the fullness of Christ, so that we may no longer be children, tossed to and fro by the waves and carried about by every wind of doctrine, by human cunning, by craftiness in deceitful schemes.” ‭‭Ephesians‬ ‭4:13-14‬ ‭ESV‬‬

“So faith comes from hearing, and hearing through the word of Christ.”‭‭Romans‬ ‭10:17‬ ‭ESV

“For the one who sows to his own flesh will from the flesh reap corruption, but the one who sows to the Spirit will from the Spirit reap eternal life.” ‭‭Galatians‬ ‭6:8‬ ‭ESV
