BREAKOUT POSITIVE THOUGHTS. 523. ( Less is Greater, Greater is less .)

“Jesus answered, “It was not that this man sinned, or his parents, but that the works of God might be displayed in him. We must work the works of him who sent me while it is day; night is coming, when no one can work. As long as I am in the world, I am the light of the world.”

This is a season of the need for apostles and prophetic. Prophetic to speak out and Apostolic to hear, see and be sent out with that message.

“and said to him, “Go, wash in the pool of Siloam” (which means Sent). So he went and washed and came back seeing.”

The man received his sight when he anointed his eyes with the mud Jesus put on.

“He answered, “The man called Jesus made mud and anointed my eyes and said to me, ‘Go to Siloam and wash.’ So I went and washed and received my sight.”

The Apostle Paul was made blind in His encounter with Christ but following that he became the seer of Spiritual and new truths that he and Barnabas took around the world.

There is a sense that we are now purposed into a season of needing a different type of sight. The word Siloam means sent and in the root of the word is Apostle.

It’s the time to establish the church as it should be with all of the five ministries in full operation.

The emphasis has been more on teaching, shepherding and evangelising. The practical ministries. The spiritual attributes of seeing and hearing in the prophetic and apostolic grounding it into the reality to own is the completion of the complete hand, full set.

“And he gave the apostles, the prophets, the evangelists, the shepherds and teachers, to equip the saints for the work of ministry, for building up the body of Christ,”

There is no competition between, each has their own work to complete the wine. The full cluster is necessary.

“Thus says the Lord: “As the new wine is found in the cluster, and they say, ‘Do not destroy it, for there is a blessing in it,’ so I will do for my servants’ sake, and not destroy them all.”

What has not had enough traction to get off the ground and move it may well with the apostolic anointing become correctly aligned and lift off.

What may have seemed futile in the past season gathers momentum as if it has been cleaned, washed off and more pure.

The need to minister rather than master. To pour out on behalf of another. To point to Jesus and not to self.

God knows each of us by name and face and recognises our function. We are being called to recognise our own function, to become comfortable in it and receive greater power in it.

Reveal the multifaceted wisdom of God. When the world looks at the church they should see Jesus.

The church body die to ego and self and reveal instead Christ and become the fullness of the bride. The full shape that unites to operate as one.

The illustration shows the hand representative of the whole five fold ministry. The two digits to complete the cluster for now times being the prophetic and apostolic to be raised again. The light to emanate and push back the darkness.

Five Scriptures that come to mind:

“Jesus answered, “It was not that this man sinned, or his parents, but that the works of God might be displayed in him.
