BREAKOUT POSITIVE THOUGHTS. 529 . ( Less is Greater, Greater is less .)

“He has made everything beautiful in its time. Also, he has put eternity into man’s heart, yet so that he cannot find out what God has done from the beginning to the end. I perceived that there is nothing better for them than to be joyful and to do good as long as they live;”

We have the potential to become exhausted doing things outside of God’s grace of timing. We have been confused purposely, by the enemy, to be unproductive.

“He shall speak words against the Most High, and shall wear out the saints of the Most High, and shall think to change the times and the law; and they shall be given into his hand for a time, times, and half a time.”

It requires His sovereign hand to put us back, back into His perfect timing. “He has made everything beautiful in its time.”

Disappointment can create questions and doubts.

Scripture reveals that David had to wait fifteen plus years between knowing he was anointed to be King and becoming it.

Many questions must have arisen in his heart during that time but he had to grow to a place of doings God’s work when God orchestrated it.

Equally to be always waiting can give rise to a problem of missing God’s presence right in the now. God’s glory is always moving . We may need rescuing from not seeing what He is wanting us to do today? An ever now question whilst we are in training for that to come?

“My times are in your hand; rescue me from the hand of my enemies and from my persecutors!”

Our challenge is seeing that we are brought through for another opportunity. It’s not a case of getting through this but to the bigger expanse of what is beyond.

See what is in our hands, who is before us and value fresh expectation before us.

This restores faith and hope. The latter house is always greater than the former. The script for the former can be ripped up.

Negative circumstances have potential to generate something positive. It is not just what we see but how you see it that determines the outcome.

The lame man near the Gate  Beautiful remained ever hopeful and asked Peter and John to help and although their answer was ‘gold and silver we have none but what we have we give you ‘ he was transformed.  How fortunate that he had not become cynical, sceptical and mistrusting in the meanwhile.

What God has is always good. We must mirror God’s passion and expectation.

Throughout Genesis 1 it accounts on numerous occasions worth counting:

“And God saw everything that he had made, and behold, it was very good.

God doesn’t ever lower His expectation to meet darkness. He always raises it to Light. He expects good things to come forth and they do.

Closed doors are not a root for disappointment but an opportunity for good and a miracle.

When access to the room where Jesus engaged in healing miracles was impossible the friends of the lame man did not choose to give up and retreat in disappointment. They chose to find another way and repositioned themselves for their miracle.

We are always expectant of the opportunity for God sized miracles and healing.

“But as for me, I shall walk in my integrity; redeem me, and be gracious to me.”

We pray for the Holy Spirit to access and pull out the thorns of disappointment from our heart so that they can no longer fester there.

The illustration shows God’s hand removing thorns of disappointment from the heart restoring it to faith and hope in the now of His timing. Light emanating to push back the darkness.
