“The God who made the world and everything in it, being Lord of heaven and earth, does not live in temples made by man, nor is he served by human hands, as though he needed anything, since he himself gives to all mankind life and breath and everything. And he made from one man every nation of mankind to live on all the face of the earth, having determined allotted periods and the boundaries of their dwelling place, that they should seek God, and perhaps feel their way toward him and find him. Yet he is actually not far from each one of us,”
God of yesterday, today and tomorrow has all in hand. He has the solution before we or history have known the problem.
Jesus spoke all into being in the beginning. Man was made in God’s image.
That means that every diversity that there is in man and in nations has a facet of the image of God and what He created in it.
That part is in all things and all beings that we have been commanded and should love.
“And he made from one man every nation of mankind to live on all the face of the earth, having determined allotted periods and the boundaries of their dwelling place,”
Places and people will rise and fall, come and go but all is part of the eternal unfolding that stretches from the perfection of its birth to the perfection of the end.
There are signs again of a new era on a brink of being established where the East and not the West may play it’s part.
The pendulum of poverty, depression and loss of power swing to the Western brokenness and exile and it become the appointed time perhaps of some African or Asian grace to rise.
It is not God’s kingdom to have a domain and people of pride. Nor to have a premise that we are those who are right. Nor have a premise of ‘I’m all right Jack,’ so never mind the others.
It is God’s kingdom to love the other. To have eyes to see God in others and love them. To have eyes to see need and have compassion and to seek solutions. To share and not dominate. To serve a community of human beings in equality.
New solutions arise from hardships.
God has to rip off anointing that is Mal used. He has to anoint, bless and give grace to where it will be stewarded and exercised well.
“ having determined allotted periods and the boundaries of their dwelling place, that they should seek God, and perhaps feel their way toward him and find him.”
We have to learn to see darkness as coming from the enemy.
Not from human beings . Mankind has been made in the image of God. Light and good.
“For we do not wrestle against flesh and blood, but against the rulers, against the authorities, against the cosmic powers over this present darkness, against the spiritual forces of evil in the heavenly places.”
Knowing this enables us to look past the behaviour, rulers or system that we do not like and see where it originates from.
From this stand point we can choose to condemn that from the enemy but love the human being before us.
More is resolved and turned around when we choose to love, respect, care for and retain dignity for the other.
All nations, cultures, skin colours, distinguishing features, reflect something of God, His character, nature, appearance. Therefore in our ethnicity we all reflect the image of the God we worship.
God challenges us to know we are as one as His children. Where we see darkness we challenge it for what it is to deliver others from it.
None of us are superior or inferior in His sight nor should we be in each other’s.
We are part of His solution when we love instinctively because we are home to His Holy Spirit. His DNA is within each of us. We are His agents.
Our being and essence is love. Love is not a moral decision to be nice it is our nature of reality.
The illustration shows all equal in love and DNA over the whole world with a turn to be taken in the solution and salvation of mankind. Light emanating to push back the darkness.
Two Scriptures that come to mind:
“The God who made the world and everything in it, being Lord of heaven and earth, does not live in temples made by man, nor is he served by human hands, as though he needed anything, since he himself gives to all mankind life and breath and everything. And he made from one man every nation of mankind to live on all the face of the earth, having determined allotted periods and the boundaries of their dwelling place, that they should seek God, and perhaps feel their way toward him and find him. Yet he is actually not far from each one of us,”. Acts 17:24-27 ESV
“For we do not wrestle against flesh and blood, but against the rulers, against the authorities, against the cosmic powers over this present darkness, against the spiritual forces of evil in the heavenly places.”Ephesians 6:12 ESV
