“Your eye is the lamp of your body. When your eye is healthy, your whole body is full of light, but when it is bad, your body is full of darkness.”
Every time Jesus touches us we are transformed.
The degree that we prioritise His presence is the degree of revelation that we access and become filled by Light.
“I am the light of the world. Whoever follows me will not walk in darkness, but will have the light of life.””
As Jesus prayed to His Father He was transformed, transfigured into Light and glory. Empowered by the union of our hearts with theirs in prayer we too have the potential to become enlightened and transformed.
“As he prayed, his face began to glow until a blinding glory streamed from him. A radiant glory illuminated his entire body. His brightness became so intense that it made his clothing blinding white, as multiple flashes of lightning.”
Being in God’s, Christ’s presence transforms us in purity, wisdom, and knowledge. The sin removed allowing His Light to shine from us.
Belief in Him defies darkness to remain.
“I have come into the world as light, so that whoever believes in me may not remain in darkness.”
He serves us by washing our feet clean, the dirt we have picked up walking in this world He tenderly removes and instructs us to, without judgement, do similarly for others.
“Now do for each other what I have just done for you.”
We must learn how to confess and repent and share with each other that which we would wish to be washed away.
To be the light to show the ways each of us may stumble and equally to receive that Christ light from each other.
The world we experience is framed in deception, distortion and dirtied by the enemy. We will see distinctly the two kingdoms.
We were never intended to live separated from our Source. Deception is being removed. Light is illuminating darkness.
“having the eyes of your hearts enlightened, that you may know what is the hope to which he has called you, what are the riches of his glorious inheritance in the saints,”
The source being from tree of the knowledge of good and evil, a darkness. Not from the tree of Life from Light.
The illustration shows the healthy eye filling the body with Light. Light emanating to push back the darkness.
