“But thank God for letting our Lord Jesus Christ give us the victory! My dear friends, stand firm and don’t be shaken. Always keep busy working for the Lord. You know that everything you do for him is worthwhile.”
We are in an era of change and yet through it all we must remember that nothing has changed and that Our Sovereign Lord is still King and is upon His throne in all authority and victory.
“Right then the Spirit took control of me, and there in heaven I saw a throne and someone sitting on it. The one who was sitting there sparkled like precious stones of jasper and carnelian. A rainbow that looked like an emerald surrounded the throne. Twenty-four other thrones were in a circle around that throne. And on each of these thrones there was an elder dressed in white clothes and wearing a gold crown. Flashes of lightning and roars of thunder came out from the throne in the center of the circle. Seven torches, which are the seven spirits of God, were burning in front of the throne.”
That we are born to worship and it is our joy to be who we are. We sing to Him not just about Him. When our focus is on Him we are restored full cycle and all is well with our soul.
Ours is to be filled with and to reflect His light as a star. Stars don’t try to shine. They do so in the presence of the Light of creation. Fragrance doesn’t try to smell sweet like perfume it is perfume.
Our perfection is not earned or presumptuous it is what He has given us. God has a plan to bring the knowledge of the glory of His Son to all on earth.
“Just as water fills the sea, the land will be filled with people who know and honour the Lord.”
The enemy is in opposition to these plans being fulfilled and we sense the upgrade of his warfare in an attempt to cover up his deception and lies.
The more we see through the lens of righteousness we grow in greater closeness and equally in greater discernment of what comes from the enemy.
We may have sacrificed Truth on the altar in a period of trying to be culturally relevant.
Authenticity and truth has to now come into play and Christ to be put in prime position and relevant above all else.
“In the Scriptures God says, “When the time came, I listened to you, and when you needed help, I came to save you.” That time has come. This is the day for you to be saved.”
Now is the time to stop multitasking and to bring our focus back. To block everything, all other distractions out. Give Him total attention to ask of Him that which He already knows.
“When you pray, go into a room alone and close the door. Pray to your Father in private. He knows what is done in private and will reward you.”
New dimensions will continue to open up to us as we encounter more and hunger for more.
“The Lord and the Spirit are one and the same, and the Lord’s Spirit sets us free. So our faces are not covered. They show the bright glory of the Lord, as the Lord’s Spirit makes us more and more like our glorious Lord.”
The Lord will not enter where it is defiled. Nor into a church that is contaminated with compromise because it is trying to blend in with the world to be accepted instead of set apart in the Holy reverential presence of the King and His kingdom.
“Everyone on this earth will remember you, Lord. People all over the world will turn and worship you, because you are in control, the ruler of all nations.”
