The cross is the key to eternity, it unlocks the treasures of heaven and is the centre piece of our faith.
The cross is the the power of God that brings us out of darkness and the death that sin cursed upon us in Eden, back into life.
The tree of life that was in Eden that Adam and Eve should have eaten from only had to become the tree that Jesus sacrificed His life upon so that we could regain Christ as the tree of life in eternity.
“For God made the only one who did not know sin to become sin for us, so that we might become the righteousness of God through our union with him.”
God who is Spirit, so loved us, the children He created, that He sent part of Himself, His only Son Jesus to become incarnate as man, the same as us, to live on earth and suffer the death we deserved in our place, to be our saviour and make us worthy and acceptable to be in God’s presence again.
“To lay hold of eternal life”
The blessings are the substance that our life was intended for. God has immeasurable blessings for us as the bride of Christ. In our union with Him He infuses us with righteousness.
That is how He sees us now therefore we have no need to strive in the flesh for our own perfection and righteousness.
He has blessed us with limitless freedom and access to Him. His presence being within, upon and enveloping us.
He has blessed us with divine supernatural healing from all wounds in our soul so that we might be whole, complete and untroubled.
We are blessed with acceptance. Completely welcomed just as we are.
Grace doesn’t wait until we look beautiful. His grace beautifies us in God’s sight He has found everything in us that which He wants already. He has no condemnation, our heart has been washed clean in His presence.
We are blessed because He honours us as being worth Jesus’ death because we are precious in His sight. He gives us the honour and dignity of esteeming us above the angels. He makes us co-heirs upon the throne with Jesus
“The Son is the dazzling radiance of God’s splendour, the exact expression of God’s true nature—his mirror image! He holds the universe together and expands it by the mighty power of his spoken word. He accomplished for us the complete cleansing of sins, and then took his seat on the highest throne at the right hand of the majestic One.”
We are blessed with joy and peace. There is nothing to come between us and He is the joy and peace that we can rest within. He has become our Sabbath. We walk with and in Him daily.
“from whom every family in heaven and on earth is named,”
We are blessed because of the victory that emanates from the cross and cascades triumphantly over us. It prevails and subdues all things to Himself.
“However, when everything is subdued and in submission to him, then the Son himself will be subject to the Father, who put all things under his feet. This is so that Father God will be everything in everyone!”
The resurrection and ascension power places Christ in heaven where He intercedes for us constantly.
The illustration shows the cross central to everything. It coming out of the Tree of Life in the garden of Eden, coming out of God becoming incarnate, out of the crucifixion, resurrection and ascension, out of our regaining Eden and the promised land. Revelation Light emanating to push back the darkness.
