“Justice is turned back, and righteousness stands far away; for truth has stumbled in the public squares, and uprightness cannot enter. Truth is lacking, and he who departs from evil makes himself a prey. The Lord saw it, and it displeased him that there was no justice.”
The Lord sees all that is unjust and it displeases Him.
As the enemy seems to keep raising the flood waters and seeping in from every quarter it is not unnoticed or out of His control.
As the enemy attempts to overwhelm the world we are now seeing political people being removed and brought down within nations. The enemy defence broken as truth outs and we are being called forth more so to be the voice of truth and knowledge of the wisdom of the Lord’s kingdom.
The world has to be flooded with the righteous knowledge and the strategies to overturn unrighteousness and unrighteous laws and systems.
Like Noah’s flood water got rid of the sinful to start with fresh hope so will Christ’s Holy Spirit streams and winds flood over to bring truth and hope.
“According to their deeds, so will he repay, wrath to his adversaries, repayment to his enemies; to the coastlands he will render repayment. So they shall fear the name of the Lord from the west, and his glory from the rising of the sun; for he will come like a rushing stream, which the wind of the Lord drives.”
We as God’s people are going to become increasingly aware of the power that He has placed within us.
As individuals we have discovered some of that force but that is nothing to the mighty force collectively and in unity that partnership with the Holy Spirit can expand to.
The promise goes to the horizon and beyond without boundary.
With Noah God made His promise and covenant with the hope of the rainbow.
With Christ it is His promise of His Word and Holy Spirit with us
“from this time forth and forevermore.”
“And as for me, this is my covenant with them,” says the Lord: “My Spirit that is upon you, and my words that I have put in your mouth, shall not depart out of your mouth, or out of the mouth of your offspring, or out of the mouth of your children’s offspring,” says the Lord, “from this time forth and forevermore.”
The promise that God is with us and that all will finish well is the promise that is revealed throughout scripture time again dependant only upon our belief in Christ and His kingdom. He holds all the solutions and by relationship and being in partnership we too hold those solutions.
To hold this individually has been but the start.
Collaboratively breaking away from the lone and the isolated, the stream we unite to flow in is the flood with the mighty rushing sound the Horizon becomes but the bow to tie up the gift we have all been given ,,
The force of God comes together to complete the glory of His reign.
We are the voice of Jesus. The voice of justice. The place where there is always more. The place of plentiful.
The place in His presence where we are full and no longer have any desire to be filled by any other thing.
The pure place where He ruins us for anything else.
The place where revelation Light has entered to the core of our heart.
The illustration shows the Holy Spirit gift of Christ seen on the horizon as the bow on the Gift bringing Light into the world where no boundaries will contain.
The streams flowing into the mighty river.
The trifold bow of the Trinity enfolding us into the eternal dance that emanates light that pushes back the darkness.
Three Scriptures that come to mind:
“Justice is turned back, and righteousness stands far away; for truth has stumbled in the public squares, and uprightness cannot enter. Truth is lacking, and he who departs from evil makes himself a prey. The Lord saw it, and it displeased him that there was no justice.” Isaiah 59:14-15 ESV
“According to their deeds, so will he repay, wrath to his adversaries, repayment to his enemies; to the coastlands he will render repayment. So they shall fear the name of the Lord from the west, and his glory from the rising of the sun; for he will come like a rushing stream, which the wind of the Lord drives.” Isaiah 59:18-19 ESV
““And as for me, this is my covenant with them,” says the Lord: “My Spirit that is upon you, and my words that I have put in your mouth, shall not depart out of your mouth, or out of the mouth of your offspring, or out of the mouth of your children’s offspring,” says the Lord, “from this time forth and forevermore.” Isaiah 59:21 ESV
