“In him we have obtained an inheritance, having been predestined according to the purpose of him who works all things according to the counsel of his will, so that we who were the first to hope in Christ might be to the praise of his glory.”
The greatest thing Jesus did was to humble Himself to come down into this world to honour us with His presence.
Our worship is an attitude of heart not the sound that comes from our lips. Whether we can sing the song or not we show Him that He is worthy of all we have.
He empowers us to feel the love for people that others are the point. God sees people who to Him each have a precious name.
We are not a nameless, faceless generation a number as the world would identify us by
God sees each and everyone of us and loves us as He sees us. It is we who have to spend time and get to know Him not visa versa.
Each of us walks in shoes which he sees for what they are as He serves and bathes our feet.
They are unique to only us. He does not want us to walk in others shoes only our own. He honours us as we must honour others in love
Every human is in the image of God. We honour them. We are marked by love and therefore fearless
“In him you also, when you heard the word of truth, the gospel of your salvation, and believed in him, were sealed with the promised Holy Spirit,”
We may in the natural feel little and weak but in Him we have the strength of being in The Lamb.
We see through His eyes everyone through love and in the security of that. We are called, in love, to shine for others in the world to find the way. We live to love all especially the broken.
Love changes everything.
Any fog or dullness surrounding us is being wiped and blown away. Emotions that have flat lined in numbness in shut down mode to be blessed with wholeness again.
We may be the only one who knows Jesus in within another’s life circle. We are the one needing to be equipped to see and feel the one in front of us as He sees and knows their need and what will liberate them.
Our lives matter to other’s lives as much as to Christ and His kingdom. We live to love.
The illustration shows the beating heart for love of those around us, the one in front of us that they might all know Christ. Light emanating to push back the darkness.
Two. Scriptures that come to mind:
