“Therefore God has highly exalted him and bestowed on him the name that is above every name, so that at the name of Jesus every knee should bow, in heaven and on earth and under the earth, and every tongue confess that Jesus Christ is Lord, to the glory of God the Father.”
Why is God pressing us we may be questioning?
It is because He is crushing to make the new wine.
All of us corporately are needed to make the new flavour. Squeezing brings out both the good positive elements and the bad negative also comes to the surface to be skimmed off and disposed of.
Good wine is made by making the grapes push through the narrow places. Also from the clusters where there is the dynamic of different coming together.
Within a decade from sensing the onset of a new season we have already engaged in three years of circumstances of separation and the re-clustering.
We are now in the processing which we are averse to but which is a necessary part to know for certain that God is with us and for us. The crushing brings the anointing.
We have to operate from the inside out as Jesus demonstrated in the bows of the boat in the storm. Where He rested on the truths of His faith and slept in the turbulence whilst His disciples operated from the outside in and were more influenced by the world circumstances and fearful and faithless.
The world does not have an anchor and know how to survive. We as Christians do have an anchor in Christ and can rest in the wisdom and knowledge that He is in control.
The church body though leaner post Covid is stronger and holds the answers to the worlds crisis. We are the new wine being created through these next seven years.
Allow God to have an intimate relationship with us through His Holy Spirit.
“Let him kiss me with the kisses of his mouth! For your love is better than wine;”
Know Him from the inside out. We have to keep the goal in sight instead of quick results and consequently pace our energy but equally sustaining momentum to break through this season which is to consolidate and empower.
The spark leads to the flame, to the fire, to the inferno.
Everything God does is strategic. Our sustenance is in the journey, walking with God.
Jesus has modelled that in giving the little we hold in our hand He can multiply it supernaturally and miraculously to provide. It happens in the thanksgiving moment as He blesses it.
We are not victims of the enemy’s word from the outside but from what heaven decrees from the inside.
He is the name above all names.
