“Now may the God of peace himself sanctify you completely, and may your whole spirit and soul and body be kept blameless at the coming of our Lord Jesus Christ.”
The Prince of Peace is Jesus and when we are fixed on Him our mind, body and works are equally fixed on peace.
Wherever we go we can live in peace and release peace and it is immediate our spiritual warfare. It can dominate the atmosphere.
“Great peace have those who love your law; nothing can make them stumble.”
Just as Jesus returning to His disciples post resurrection entered the house saying ,”Peace be with you” was recognised by it so would we be as it is not just a welcome or treating but is functional to bring peace.
We carry and manifest the peace of God.
“Blessed are the peacemakers, for they shall be called sons of God.”
We should be releasing peace into the atmosphere as naturally as we release our breath as we breathe. We emanate light and push back darkness and equally breathe out peace that opposes the chaos of darkness.
We are peace makers not peace keepers. We displace what is not peace.
Shalom as a greeting is a blessing over health, contentment, safety, protection, healing and encompasses many facets of peace including an absence of wickedness.
When we occupy a place of peace we crush satan’s head beneath our feet.
Our peace is a currency of God and heaven. Fear is the currency of the enemy and hell.
The mystery of God’s intentions throughout history has been through Jesus and His church to bring the wisdom that sets us free.
“so that through the church the manifold wisdom of God might now be made known to the rulers and authorities in the heavenly places.”
When we are fixed on Jesus we are hidden in peace.
The illustration shows our heart as a home for peace enabled to carry peace and emanate it into the atmosphere as light that pushes back the darkness.
