“If you abide in me, and my words abide in you, ask whatever you wish, and it will be done for you.”
We have to be established in present truth. God has a Global plan and we get to participate in it. One where we as church are so close to His heart that we are set apart to be the ambassadors of His kingdom.
Now is a time to rest in closeness to God and not be distracted as He prepares us for what lies ahead. While the enemy desires to displace us it is God’s desire to provoke and propel us along with more revelation.
“But on that day I will set apart the land of Goshen, where my people dwell, so that no swarms of flies shall be there, that you may know that I am the Lord in the midst of the earth.”
He is desiring a total distinction to be between His people and those of the world that they might become the beacons and suddenly seen by others.
For doors to open and light to be shed so that suddenly deposits of faith will be discovered and opportunities for renewal and restoration in the kingdom.
God wants to restore what the locusts have eaten
“I will restore to you the years that the swarming locust has eaten, the hopper, the destroyer, and the cutter, my great army, which I sent among you.”
A sense that just as John the Baptist went before and prepared the way for the coming of Jesus into His ministry so God is wanting His church , Ekklesia to be part of His solution and prepare the way for Christ’s Kingdom.
To break off discouragement and depression and foresee hope.
By setting our eye upon Jesus we will see the outpouring of His light and have confidence to step out.
To, like Daniel, see beyond the swirling of the demonic beasts and keep looking.
To look on until a throne and one seated on it is visible.
“As I looked, thrones were placed, and the Ancient of Days took his seat; his clothing was white as snow, and the hair of his head like pure wool; his throne was fiery flames; its wheels were burning fire.”
Than a kingdom that He will have dominion over.
By looking beyond the principalities and demons can be ignored as Jesus is proclaimed king and the redemption of all that is broken.
“I looked then because of the sound of the great words that the horn was speaking. And as I looked, the beast was killed, and its body destroyed and given over to be burned with fire. As for the rest of the beasts, their dominion was taken away, but their lives were prolonged for a season and a time.”
When the enemies strategies are exposed to wear down the saints, it is exposed as distraction.
“And to him was given dominion and glory and a kingdom, that all peoples, nations, and languages should serve him; his dominion is an everlasting dominion, which shall not pass away, and his kingdom one that shall not be destroyed. And the kingdom and the dominion and the greatness of the kingdoms under the whole heaven shall be given to the people of the saints of the Most High; his kingdom shall be an everlasting kingdom, and all dominions shall serve and obey him.’”
We are not compromised when we keep Christ in focus and the enemy’s dominion is taken away.
The illustration shows Daniel’s vision of the Ancient of Days enthroned light emanating to push back the darkness.
