BREAKOUT POSITIVE THOUGHTS. 766 . ( Less is Greater, Greater is less )

“Yahweh is my best friend and my shepherd. I always have more than enough. He offers a resting place for me in his luxurious love. His tracks take me to an oasis of peace near the quiet brook of bliss. That’s where he restores and revives my life. He opens before me the right path and leads me along in his footsteps of righteousness so that I can bring honor to his name. Even when your path takes me through the valley of deepest darkness, fear will never conquer me, for you already have! Your authority is my strength and my peace. The comfort of your love takes away my fear. I’ll never be lonely, for you are near. You become my delicious feast even when my enemies dare to fight. You anoint me with the fragrance of your Holy Spirit; you give me all I can drink of you until my cup overflows. So why would I fear the future? Only goodness and tender love pursue me all the days of my life. Then afterward, when my life is through, I’ll return to your glorious presence to be forever with you!”

Our body at rest always wins as it has the vantage of being restored. God does not cause us to be removed from trials and stress in the world but to be resilient to whatever has to be dealt with.

In any situation of overload we are vulnerable to stress it is our survival mode.

In the natural the mode where we shut down all that is non essential to survival to rest and restore and return to balance.

Whatever our stress symptoms are they remain secondary to recovery the underlying cause is primary to be treated and to be unstuck from.

Movement releases our neurological adhesion. Positive thoughts our emotional and chemical our physiology.

There is power in gratitude as it increases our joy and our cells and energy increase in vibrancy. The increased vibration throws off toxins.

Self centred gratitude has less beneficial influence than the blessings and rewards perceived for others where the immune and resilience leap forward rendering the enemy powerless and therefore a considerable vantage point to our well being and health.

A secret to happiness and contentment. Recognising the abundance the having more than enough restores us.

Our relationship with our Father is restored in a sense of being filled and overflowing. Completely satisfied and enabled to give out generously too.

Self centred lives encourage us to want to keep filling ourselves with anything and therefore often junk.

Experiencing God in His fullness directions us to knowing our worth and value as seen by Him and to a contentment that builds up our resilience.

We live in a Universe of abundance. We do not have a problem of scarcity merely of our distribution failures and choices and so there are solutions.

Being generous and a cheerful giver connects us experientially to God’s presence.

The resting place of God’s love becomes our resilience to life.

“He said to them, “Come away by yourselves to a secluded place and rest a little while”—for there were many [people who were continually] coming and going, and they could not even find time to eat.”

The illustration shows us resting back in Jesus to be restored and made resilient

To equip us for survival in this world. To empower os to emanate light that pushes back the darkness.

Two Scriptures that come to mind:

“Yahweh is my best friend and my shepherd. I always have more than enough. He offers a resting place for me in his luxurious love. His tracks take me to an oasis of peace near the quiet brook of bliss. That’s where he restores and revives my life. He opens before me the right path and leads me along in his footsteps of righteousness so that I can bring honor to his name. Even when your path takes me through the valley of deepest darkness, fear will never conquer me, for you already have! Your authority is my strength and my peace. You anoint me with the fragrance of your Holy Spirit; you give me all I can drink of you until my cup overflows. So why would I fear the future? Only goodness and tender love pursue me all the days of my life. Then afterward, when my life is through, I’ll return to your glorious presence to be forever with you!” Psalms‬ ‭23‬:‭1‬-‭6‬ ‭TPT‬‬
