“And he said, “Behold, I am making a covenant. Before all your people I will do marvels, such as have not been created in all the earth or in any nation. And all the people among whom you are shall see the work of the Lord, for it is an awesome thing that I will do with you.”
God is moving on with a promise to open up double doors and do miracles and works that have never been seen before. They are like no others
Yesterday’s revivals are not the high water mark there is more. The way we have measured success will change .
The influences from yesterday brought us to merging and blending. Today is about distinction, separation, new authority and influence.
There is no limit. We may cry over some of what has to be cut off but it will not compare to the rejoicing over what is to come.
It is no longer decorating up the old but of tearing that down to totally build new. No cleaning up of the old but releasing of new innovations.
“See, I have set you this day over nations and over kingdoms, to pluck up and to break down, to destroy and to overthrow, to build and to plant.”
The new is the interphase between earth and heaven.
Generations who were bumping their heads against what has been will come up when the new emerges. It will not just be talk and no action but moving int action. Old Tools newly crafted for a new job.
“Proclaim this among the nations: Consecrate for war; stir up the mighty men. Let all the men of war draw near; let them come up. Beat your plowshares into swords, and your pruning hooks into spears; let the weak say, “I am a warrior.”
There will be a gathering and regathering of that which has been scattered.
“but while his men were sleeping, his enemy came and sowed weeds among the wheat and went away. So when the plants came up and bore grain, then the weeds appeared also.”
Double the harvest in the new harvest to make up for that wasted while we slumbered in the last.
There is reformation if we can catch it.
There are many forms of the wind and it is these blowing that will be the centre of the next move.
“The wind blows where it wishes, and you hear its sound, but you do not know where it comes from or where it goes. So it is with everyone who is born of the Spirit.”
The move of the Holy Spirit. Fanning small flames into massive fires. Where old is destroyed and land that is purified births the new.
There is a window of opportunity birthed out of what is dry and weary and that creates a thirst for the soul.
“O God, you are my God; earnestly I seek you; my soul thirsts for you; my flesh faints for you, as in a dry and weary land where there is no water.”
When everything is dry it only takes a spark to set of a bushfire. The spark is in seeking the water, the rain from God.
“So I have looked upon you in the sanctuary, beholding your power and glory.”
Seeking God in humility brings the conquering Lion.
“if my people who are called by my name humble themselves, and pray and seek my face and turn from their wicked ways, then I will hear from heaven and will forgive their sin and heal their land.”
The illustration shows the conquering lion emanating light and pushing back the darkness.
