BREAKOUT POSITIVE THOUGHTS. 655. ( Less is Greater, Greater is less .)

“While the earth remains, seedtime and harvest, cold and heat, summer and winter, day and night, shall not cease.”

It is in what we put our value that turns things around.

God has  great value in us and made a covenant with Noah to never again wipe out all life on earth symbolised by the rainbow. Also that He would make His provision for us eternally.

The cycle of harvest is prophetic in that a single seed planted in the ground holds the potential to grow the plant that multiplies by the hand of God in water, sun and nutrients, the seeds reproduced to feed many when harvested and turned to bread.

We see God’s Compassion for us through Jesus

“When he saw the crowds, he had compassion for them, because they were harassed and helpless, like sheep without a shepherd.”

When we are bombarded in the media with threat of lack in food and energy it puts fear into the hearts of many. Even those who know the gospel hope seem harassed and helpless.

The enemy knows Jesus has overcome death so he attempts to bring fear through lack of provision.

We must find rest in our knowledge that there is enough and only men’s wickedness brings scarcity attempting to cut us off from the abundance of His promise. There need ultimately be no shortage.

The harvest we can hope for gives beauty to what looks like a small unimpressive seed.  There is beauty in the beholder’s eye.

Sowing the seed of the knowledge of God has potential in His provisions to prosper and reap a harvest of much fruit believe for a glut.

Money ultimately will have no value in eternity and our hearts need not yearn for more than we need. The value of what we hold in our hearts of Him will reap value now and in eternity.

We can lay down at His feet what is worthless in eternity and He will make provision in this life and on.

Even when in the real we do not see good around us. In the natural it looks bad we have always the assurance that God is good.

“What then shall we say to these things? If God is for us, who can be against us? He who did not spare his own Son but gave him up for us all, how will he not also with him graciously give us all things?”

We can only stop being worried when our eyes are firmly fixed on Him.

“No, in all these things we are more than conquerors through him who loved us. For I am sure that neither death nor life, nor angels nor rulers, nor things present nor things to come, nor powers, nor height nor depth, nor anything else in all creation, will be able to separate us from the love of God in Christ Jesus our Lord.”

The illustration shows the rainbow promise of provision for ever. With us as His lambs, children close to Christ and focused solely upon His face. Light emanating to push back the darkness.

BREAKOUT POSITIVE THOUGHTS. 654. ( Less is Greater, Greater is less .)

“You are always and dearly loved by God! So robe yourself with virtues of God, since you have been divinely chosen to be holy. Be merciful as you endeavour to understand others, and be compassionate, showing kindness toward all. Be gentle and humble, unoffendable in your patience with others. Tolerate the weaknesses of those in the family of faith, forgiving one another in the same way you have been graciously forgiven by Jesus Christ. If you find fault with someone, release this same gift of forgiveness to them. For love is supreme and must flow through each of these virtues. Love becomes the mark of true maturity.”

We have to clothe ourselves in Love and become love to be worthy of any authority in Christ.

Love is the mark that identifies us and when we know the word and it lives in and through us in our being and actions.

It is a mystery how we can remain strong and grounded and yet can soar. How we can stand in the beauty of God’s plan and purpose for us.

Walking through sorrow in this life paradoxically is a privileged experience. It is a place where we can walk through the gospel in a way we could never experience any other way.

It is the experience that teaches us how to really love others. Love the body of Christ. Without experience we are too judgemental.

The Lord has to rip judgement out of us to make us ready to be sent. Jesus is always provoking us to greater love. We only have authority where we have love.

Jesus will often help us to recognise our judgement by identifying it to us in ourselves.  In our own need of love and forgiveness we can better reach out to the other.

There are some perpetrators of atrocities who we cannot relate and identify with and our only course then is to ask Him to be able to see them as He does and in His grace He shows us them as the broken child He sees and loves and our hearts soften to that image and concept.

Love looks like something and it is in total forgiveness from the heart. If we do not forgive totally we do not have authority.

We can hear the gospel and encounter Jesus and in God’s grace our hearts open to His kindness towards us in love and that enables us to love and offer our own kindness out.

Our prayer is asking the Lord for radical love for ourselves, others close, others we know and even those who we think we have reason to think we hate because we have witnessed another atrocity.

Only when we fix our eyes so closely on Jesus can we find it not to have some hatred in our hearts because there is none in His.

It sometimes brings us to an honest place of saying we need love. To say we don’t have enough. We all need more.

Perfect love casts out fears so we all need more.

“There is no fear in love, but perfect love casts out fear. For fear has to do with punishment, and whoever fears has not been perfected in love.”

Jesus modelled overcoming temptation and enduring hardship and suffering and reigning in God’s will.

“saying, “Father, if you are willing, remove this cup from me. Nevertheless, not my will, but yours, be done.””

Our joy comes in equal measure to the suffering we are willing to take. It requires us also not to hang onto pain in the reality of what others have done to us.

To be one hundred present His we have to die to self. Therefore our hurts and offences. Our circumstances may not change but how we see them has to.

In all that He calls us to be we have to know suffering and go through it. We cannot bubble wrap ourselves and prevent its impact. We can only embrace it and call for more of Him and less of us.

Embrace the cup He gives us knowing it is for good and therefore we can find joy there. We do not suffer alone. He is closer than ever. In the midst of sorrow we can laugh and find joy as we are given authority.

That authority is authentic and real to others too and we can make Him known to others through it.

“Walk in the wisdom of God as you live before the unbelievers, and make it your duty to make him known. Let every word you speak be drenched with grace and tempered with truth and clarity. For then you will be prepared to give a respectful answer to anyone who asks about your faith.”

The illustration shows our body robed with Christ and our heart broken with His for love to flow from His embrace that emanates light that pushes back the darkness.

BREAKOUT POSITIVE THOUGHTS. 653. ( Less is Greater, Greater is less .)

“The thief comes only in order to steal and kill and destroy. I came that they may have life, and have it in abundance [to the full, till it overflows].”

It is hope that allows us to dream and allows us to believe in more. We are strengthened by hope.

Jesus is our hope.

Revelation connects us to the manifestations to accomplish what has been promised.

There are generations who have looked forward to this day but it is we who are getting to walk it out.

It is important not to become tethered in any way to grief, loss, disappointment. All of which rob us of hope.

We can then become trapped in a cycle.

Any cycle of loss , displacement, victimhood, rejection,  nostalgia, mourning is robbing us of hope.

There are divine opportunities when God opens doors and His intention is for us to go through in obedience.

We may encounter spiritual warfare on the threshold but there is a grace for us to cross and a blessing.

“Then I will set on his shoulder the key of the house of David; When he opens no one will shut, When he shuts no one will open.”

It maybe that we cannot afford to put it off as the key to opportunity may not last forever.

“‘I know your deeds. See, I have set before you an open door which no one is able to shut, for you have a little power, and have kept My word, and have not renounced or denied My name.”

We feel out of cinque if we miss or delay a destiny moment. Be in readiness to move forward with Him.

“As it is said, “Today, if you hear his voice, do not harden your hearts as in the rebellion.””

God can always get ahead of us. We cannot outrun Him.

There is always grace for us but there are seasons and times with grace and anointing on them. Our partnering with Him was modelled by Jesus, most notably in Gethsemane.

“saying, “Father, if you are willing, remove this cup from me. Nevertheless, not my will, but yours, be done.””

The Israelites took an 11 day journey and made it into one that lasted 40 years by not stepping over the thresholds of open doors and by turning back and wanting it their own way.

They limited their destiny by being intimidated. There are special times that do not need to be missed.

There is sometimes a difference between our logic and what God opens up as a door of grace.

It is not always about our ability it is about God’s provision.

God works on our behalf. He is a way maker.

We have no ability to fulfil and access our destiny alone we are in His hands. We ask for grace when we need the breakthroughs. Be prepared to order our steps over each threshold

The illustration shows Jesus is our hope. The fuel that fills us to accomplish the destiny and purpose that is in God’s will and grace. Power illuminating and emanating to push back the darkness.

Five Scriptures that come to mind:

“The thief comes only in order to steal and kill and destroy. I came that they may have life, and have it in abundance [to the full, till it overflows].” John‬ ‭10:10‬ ‭AMP‬‬

“Then I will set on his shoulder the key of the house of David; When he opens no one will shut, When he shuts no one will open.” Isaiah‬ ‭22:22‬ ‭AMP‬‬

BREAKOUT POSITIVE THOUGHTS. 652. ( Less is Greater, Greater is less .)

“Wake up, and strengthen what remains and is about to die, for I have not found your works complete in the sight of my God.”

God has chosen and commissioned us and here we are in this hour feeling we are still waiting and have many uncertainties and beginning possibly to question what authority we have.

An hour where media bombards us with fears of crisis, lacks, disasters and hardship.

We have to recognise the gift we have received, the mantle we have been robed in, the promise and hope that we carry and boldly speak and give it out.

What little have we in our hands that He desires to use and multiply and bless with?

There may well be a waiting time between being placed in a position of authority and it becoming visibly acknowledged.

In the natural the Queen was placed into her role as her father the King died but it was not officially acknowledged until she was robed and crowned at her coronation. The she assumed her authority and exercised it.

It has the same feel of us being clothed in robes of power as we wait He strengthens us and makes us ready.

“For this reason I bow my knees before the Father, from whom every family in heaven and on earth is named, that according to the riches of his glory he may grant you to be strengthened with power through his Spirit in your inner being,”

Now we hear the call to wake up and be on high alert and tuned in for action.

“Wake up, and strengthen what remains and is about to die, for I have not found your works complete in the sight of my God.”

There is a sense to finish what is unfinished. We have to bless that which is unfinished and therefore what remains with all our authority.

Bring life and strengthen what remains and overtly bring what is His supernatural power to a place where the enemy is not hiding the occult practices and merchandise which once was on the back streets and is now infiltrating the prime outlets.

God has all in control and, unlike man, is not fearful of what the media perpetually stirs up into escalating frenzy.

We must believe God and not the media and make it our opportunity. Wake up and see what we have and what we can do with it. What we don’t have has no consequence.

God is good.

God wants to move in a community that is under high attack in the spiritual realm. Sin thrives in secrecy and He desires to throw a light upon it to expose it. We in His authority are light.

The cross was about salvation and eradicating sin not managing sin.

When Jesus is our central desire we Love people but also speak out truth and know what to define and defend. He modelled ‘Not My will but Thy will be done.’

God knows the worst in each of us and yet He chooses to love the best.

The illustration shows us being shaken to wake up and step into the authority that has been placed upon us to bring light to emanate and push back the darkness.

The song      Oh Lord You’re Beautiful.     Chris Tomlin +Steffani Gretzinger

BREAKOUT POSITIVE THOUGHTS. 651. ( Less is Greater, Greater is less .)

“For I know the plans I have for you, declares the Lord, plans for welfare and not for evil, to give you a future and a hope. Then you will call upon me and come and pray to me, and I will hear you. You will seek me and find me, when you seek me with all your heart. I will be found by you, declares the Lord, and I will restore your fortunes and gather you from all the nations and all the places where I have driven you, declares the Lord, and I will bring you back to the place from which I sent you into exile.”

We are born with a destiny. God has good plans for us.  When we seek Him He will restore whatever we may feel we have lost in those plans.

We have the gift of God inside already of being saved from sin. In our salvation we are realigned with our value and His purpose.

Our destiny qualifies us for something of significance to unfold in the right time and right place. Destiny holds us in a place for the right time.  God’s grace is upon us and His destiny powerfully unfolds.

Destiny is unstoppable and is indestructible. We walk out our purpose and break through just as a plant seemingly can break through the solid pavement and grow against all the odds.

God can redeem the time and His grace gets us to where we should have been all the time.

Jesus is the author and finisher of all things, what is started will be fulfilled and not cut short.

“looking to Jesus, the founder and perfecter of our faith, who for the joy that was set before him endured the cross, despising the shame, and is seated at the right hand of the throne of God.”

God’s discipline is never related to what we have done in the past but rather to prepare us for the future and is therefore always a blessing for us to finish with joy.

“For the moment all discipline seems painful rather than pleasant, but later it yields the peaceful fruit of righteousness to those who have been trained by it.”

Our destiny will always encompass the will of God and will have to break through.

“Behold, I have engraved you on the palms of my hands; your walls are continually before me. Your builders make haste; your destroyers and those who laid you waste go out from you.”

Our only true place of contentment is found in God and our love of Him being priority above all else.

“Whoever loves father or mother more than me is not worthy of me, and whoever loves son or daughter more than me is not worthy of me. And whoever does not take his cross and follow me is not worthy of me. Whoever finds his life will lose it, and whoever loses his life for my sake will find it.”

We have God and His promise is to never leave us.

“Keep your life free from love of money, and be content with what you have, for he has said, “I will never leave you nor forsake you.””

His presence leaves us with no need for anything else. Christ is our great gain and our contentment.

The illustration shows our destiny resilient to break through the hardest of places and purpose Christ’s kingdom emanating light that pushes back the darkness.

Six Scriptures that come to mind:

“Then he said to me, “This is the word of the Lord to Zerubbabel: Not by might, nor by power, but by my Spirit, says the Lord of hosts.” Zechariah‬ ‭4:6‬ ‭ESV‬‬

“For I know the plans I have for you, declares the Lord, plans for welfare and not for evil, to give you a future and a hope. Then you will call upon me and come and pray to me, and I will hear you. I will be found by you, declares the Lord, and I will restore your fortunes and gather you from all the nations and all the places where I have driven you, declares the Lord, and I will bring you back to the place from which I sent you into exile.” Jeremiah‬ ‭29:11-14‬ ‭ESV‬‬

BREAKOUT POSITIVE THOUGHTS. 650. ( Less is Greater, Greater is less .)

“be content with what you have, for he has said, “I will never leave you nor forsake you.” So we can confidently say, “The Lord is my helper; I will not fear; what can man do to me?””

We take heart and have confidence in realising that there is no shame in our tears. We hide away and feel shame and loneliness in our emotions but God never leaves us and our tears are so precious to Him that He bottles them to deal with the their source.

“You have kept count of my tossings; put my tears in your bottle. Are they not in your book?”

He wants us to be honest in our loss, grief and sorrow but equally not to wallow in them giving the enemy the chance to sow seeds of thoughts of being woeful, jealous and feeling victimised. The enemy will torment us in that place and rob us of our sense of true identity and hope.

We can be free and healed when we hold onto the truth of our value to God and others and from there regain contentment in our souls.

We have to rebalance what is transitory and know it will pass and that there is more to life and eternity than, what by comparison, are momentary blips.

“For this light momentary affliction is preparing for us an eternal weight of glory beyond all comparison, as we look not to the things that are seen but to the things that are unseen. For the things that are seen are transient, but the things that are unseen are eternal.”

We counter our experience with getting hope to return into our spirit. As we meditate on eternity and not the momentary loss of grief.

Our vision becomes clearer when we recall the brief transition of this life in eternity.

Suffering tests our character. Jesus stores it up along with all the treasures of what we do for Him and others.

Insecurity and discontent are symptoms of when we are focusing and attempting to be in control of ourselves instead of submitting and relying on Him.

Our heart has peace and contentment when we have no shame in sharing our emotions and being real. Then we walk in truth.

Especially in the west we have learnt to hide our deep emotions in a delusion that this shows maturity to be in control.

In reality we do ourselves and others a favour to be transparent and not bottle feelings and experiences up to the point of exploding held in restraint.

Kingdom culture allows Christ to redefine us as we face our emotions and let them have expression in the knowledge of trusting His gentleness.

Within Him is a place we can come and rest and take refuge and be made perfect and healthy so that we can become our purpose and destiny in breaking down walls and barriers.

“The spirit of man is the lamp of the Lord, searching all his innermost parts.”

Discerning the Holy Spirit operating within and upon us sets us free. It breaks the cycle of separateness and stirs us to reach out and connect.

“He will wipe away every tear from their eyes, and death shall be no more, neither shall there be mourning, nor crying, nor pain anymore, for the former things have passed away.”

The illustration shows on the one side us in the natural bottling up emotions of loss, grief, anger, jealousy building up unhealthy pressure to the point of explosion whilst on the other God is collecting our every tear to treasure in his bottle of healing in our spirit. Light emanating to push back the darkness.

Five Scriptures that come to mind:

“Keep your life free from love of money, and be content with what you have, for he has said, “I will never leave you nor forsake you.” So we can confidently say, “The Lord is my helper; I will not fear; what can man do to me?” Hebrews‬ ‭13:5-6‬ ‭ESV‬‬

BREAKOUT POSITIVE THOUGHTS. 649. ( Less is Greater, Greater is less .)

“but in your hearts honour Christ the Lord as holy, always being prepared to make a defense to anyone who asks you for a reason for the hope that is in you; yet do it with gentleness and respect,”

There have been some aggressive atheists such a Richard Dawkins saying it is delusional to believe in God but for most part and many they are questioning what and who they believe in.

Equally in the past couple of decades there are those growing up in a generation who are not happy to take religion as significant in their lives and yet they are on a quest for what is Spiritual reality.

Everyone has a point of view on how they experience and see the world weaving the threads of the naturalism and and materialism they see there with what they sense in their core and spirit is where the questioning of what is real, what is true has its origin.

For Christians God makes sense of our extraordinary lives and that comes about usually because we have experienced Him.

God makes sense of extraordinary, vulnerable, human existence and  why we have value.

Our experiences hold us firm yet open in areas where sceptics see no foundation nothing of value.

We are made in the image of God. That alone gives us inestimable value.

We know how we can love a baby as it is born.  Could all that love have a random number of chemicals and cells at its core? Our love goes beyond that and is sourced deeper than that.

We look around and see a universe teeming with meaning. Our desires and moral stances come from somewhere as we view love hope and evil before us.

For Christians we see Jesus’ two marked hands held before in the one His love and value for us taken as far as death on a cross and God’s hope for us in His resurrection and the gift of the Holy Spirit.

Our journey is for truth.

It comes from nowhere and goes nowhere and has no purpose if not to discover the words and language to express and experience our value and worth and love.

We have an insatiable appetite for God’s presence that cannot easily be denied however far we become distracted from it.

Ours is to love life. Life comes from Jesus who loves us. The Holy Spirit is our mark.

“In him you also, when you heard the word of truth, the gospel of your salvation, and believed in him, were sealed with the promised Holy Spirit,”

He within us magnifies Jesus.  Jesus magnifies God.

As one they are the word, wisdom, light that reveals our value as we too become part of that presence we cannot deny.

The magnifying glasses become also the mirror glasses to reflect us all.

“that they may all be one, just as you, Father, are in me, and I in you, that they also may be in us, so that the world may believe that you have sent me. The glory that you have given me I have given to them, that they may be one even as we are one, I in them and you in me, that they may become perfectly one, so that the world may know that you sent me and loved them even as you loved me.”

The illustration shows the Holy Spirit who magnifies Jesus who magnifies God. The Trinity as one emanating light that pushes back the darkness.

Three Scriptures that come to mind:

“but in your hearts honour Christ the Lord as holy, always being prepared to make a defense to anyone who asks you for a reason for the hope that is in you; yet do it with gentleness and respect,” 1 Peter‬ ‭3:15‬ ‭ESV‬‬

BREAKOUT POSITIVE THOUGHTS. 648. ( Less is Greater, Greater is less .)

“In him we have obtained an inheritance, having been predestined according to the purpose of him who works all things according to the counsel of his will, so that we who were the first to hope in Christ might be to the praise of his glory.”

The greatest thing Jesus did was to humble Himself to come down into this world to honour us with His presence.

Our worship is an attitude of heart not the sound that comes from our lips. Whether we can sing the song or not we show Him that He is worthy of all we have.

He empowers us to feel the love for people that others are the point. God sees people who to Him each have a precious name.

We are not a nameless, faceless generation a number as the world would identify us by

God sees each and everyone of us and loves us as He sees us. It is we who have to spend time and get to know Him not visa versa.

Each of us walks in shoes which he sees for what they are as He serves and bathes our feet.

They are unique to only us. He does not want us to walk in others shoes only our own. He honours us as we must honour others in love

Every human is in the image of God. We honour them. We are marked by love and therefore fearless

“In him you also, when you heard the word of truth, the gospel of your salvation, and believed in him, were sealed with the promised Holy Spirit,”

We may in the natural feel little and weak but in Him we have the strength of being in The Lamb.

We see through His eyes everyone through love and in the security of that. We are called, in love, to shine for others in the world to find the way. We live to love all especially the broken.

Love changes everything.

Any fog or dullness surrounding us is being wiped and blown away. Emotions that have flat lined in numbness in shut down mode to be blessed with wholeness again.

We may be the only one who knows Jesus in within another’s life circle. We are the one needing to be equipped to see and feel the one in front of us as He sees and knows their need and what will liberate them.

Our lives matter to other’s lives as much as to Christ and His kingdom. We live to love.

The illustration shows the beating heart for love of those around us, the one in front of us that they might all know Christ. Light emanating to push back the darkness.

“And he said, “My presence will go with you, and I will give you rest.” And he said to him, “If your presence will not go with me, do not bring us up from here. For how shall it be known that I have found favour in your sight, I and your people? Is it not in your going with us, so that we are distinct, I and your people, from every other people on the face of the earth?””

We have to posture ourselves to not just attend church.

We have to take up occupation and host His presence by whatever means we have developed in the secret place to experience His power and glory.

Witnessing our dive into the water encourages more to leap in to experience also. His army of angels surround and support us as Jacob witnessed.

We don’t come to church to bask in what the leader has prepared for us we come to pull together in God’s presence, on His fullness.

Prayer is fundamental. We are all prayer warriors from the youngest to the oldest the Holy Spirit equips us equally.

Supplication in desperation creates an atmosphere of His abiding and habitation. It is the engine propelling us into His presence.

“If your presence will not go with me, do not bring us up from here. For how shall it be known that I have found favour in your sight, I and your people? Is it not in your going with us, so that we are distinct, I and your people, from every other people on the face of the earth?”

Just as Moses knew. God’s presence is a powerful force. Uncontainable hunger and thirst for it fuses us to explode, to generate His glory.

Desperation in our cry brings God. We do not have to wait for devastation. The measure of encounter brings revival.

Those in the world recognising that the institutions and structures man has built are spiralling out of control are wanting more for them and the generations to come.

To be empowered to deal with what the world throws. They look for the supernatural and the real to deal with it is only in Christ’s kingdom.

He is that solution.

Revival embraced in the church makes every aspect within each of us better.

Transformed we can deal with world issues we progressively can bring about reformation.

Present pain is about future purpose. We can overcome with our choices making our battles and emotions worth the enduring.

The enemy oppresses attempting to separate us. By holding on we have the victory. Jesus is our healer. God will turn around war to glory.

“He who goes out weeping, bearing the seed for sowing, shall come home with shouts of joy, bringing his sheaves with him.”

Some anointing can only be carried by the broken. There is a process to be gone through.

Just as Jesus in humility walked the road of the cross to His death before the victory of the resurrection could be played out. We share in the suffering to partake fully in the glory.

“For his anger is but for a moment, and his favour is for a lifetime. Weeping may tarry for the night, but joy comes with the morning.”

Jacob limped to be renamed Israel. He who holds fast in righteousness is promised the morning star.

“And I will give him the morning star.”

‭‭ “Blessed are those who wash their robes, so that they may have the right to the tree of life and that they may enter the city by the gates. “I, Jesus, have sent my angel to testify to you about these things for the churches. I am the root and the descendant of David, the bright morning star.””

The illustration shows Christ revealed as the Morning Star. Those burning in the church deep in river led by the Holy Spirit and angels all emanating light that pushes back the darkness.

Five Scriptures that come to mind:

“And he said, “My presence will go with you, and I will give you rest.” And he said to him, “If your presence will not go with me, do not bring us up from here. For how shall it be known that I have found favour in your sight, I and your people? Is it not in your going with us, so that we are distinct, I and your people, from every other people on the face of the earth?” Exodus‬ ‭33:14-16‬ ‭ESV‬‬

“He who goes out weeping, bearing the seed for sowing, shall come home with shouts of joy, bringing his sheaves with him.” Psalm‬ ‭126:6‬ ‭ESV‬‬

“For his anger is but for a moment, and his favour is for a lifetime. Weeping may tarry for the night, but joy comes with the morning.”Psalm‬ ‭30:5‬ ‭ESV‬‬

“And I will give him the morning star.” Revelation‬ ‭2:28‬ ‭ESV‬‬

“Blessed are those who wash their robes, so that they may have the right to the tree of life and that they may enter the city by the gates. “I, Jesus, have sent my angel to testify to you about these things for the churches. I am the root and the descendant of David, the bright morning star.” Revelation‬ ‭22:14, 16‬ ‭ESV‬‬

BREAKOUT POSITIVE THOUGHTS. 646. ( Less is Greater, Greater is less .)

“Then the mystery was revealed to Daniel in a vision of the night. Then Daniel blessed the God of heaven. he reveals deep and hidden things; he knows what is in the darkness, and the light dwells with him. To you, O God of my fathers, I give thanks and praise, for you have given me wisdom and might, and have now made known to me what we asked of you, for you have made known to us the king’s matter.” The king answered and said to Daniel, “Truly, your God is God of gods and Lord of kings, and a revealer of mysteries, for you have been able to reveal this mystery.”

Daniel was one man who stood out amongst many because he firstly was devoted to his secret place of praying and encountering God.

Disobedient to the rule to not pray, at the forfeit of being fed to the lions, but obedient to the voice of the One he put first and foremost in his life.

The sign and wonders of that incident transformed his life and those who witnessed it.

Currently we bury a Queen who had her prayer closet in Windsor where she too prayed daily personally and in tongues, to a God who she had given her life to. The wisdom and the joy visible on her persona being the light seen tangibly. Her strength, calm and heart to serve a fruit of that abiding in. Knowingly or subconsciously this we see and sense and hold in respect.

Jesus in his ministry won the one who was before Him and in so doing impacted the masses.

Jesus is not just a prayer to pray He is a life to live.

A prayer response alone will plant a seed shallowly. Witnessing the power of God drives the seed deep to never be forgotten and a foundation for greater fruit to grow upon.

The functioning and the corporate sharing of the secret place encounterings, manifest the kingdom corporately and create the desire for gifts and for more and the dead become alive.

“And behold, the curtain of the temple was torn in two, from top to bottom. And the earth shook, and the rocks were split. The tombs also were opened. And many bodies of the saints who had fallen asleep were raised, and coming out of the tombs after his resurrection they went into the holy city and appeared to many. When the centurion and those who were with him, keeping watch over Jesus, saw the earthquake and what took place, they were filled with awe and said, “Truly this was the Son of God!””

Desire exceeds fear and the enemy is threatened by that.

Fire is caught and ignites others to kindle embers into flames. It is a growth that starts small and spreads wildly.

Just as an encounter with a God visitation can be stewarded into becoming His habitation. His presence is revival. One that He desires to not be protracted but to be extended to traverse a move and become a culture.

Building up our spiritual capacity personally and corporately. Each bringing our secret place to corporately share. The alters of our hearts aflame, spreading like wildfires.

We don’t grow a church with numbers on seats but when we birth a move of God’s presence.

Transportation from the empty and hollow in ritual to the conception and birthing of His substance. Our spiritual capacity is key to expansion and stretching we contend for.

Moments of outpouring discerned will accelerate. Revival is in the presence of God. He transforms us. We put our hope in God.

God puts His government on us and we have to know the signs of the times by spiritual discernment.

“And in the morning, ‘It will be stormy today, for the sky is red and threatening.’ You know how to interpret the appearance of the sky, but you cannot interpret the signs of the times.”

We have to recognise and know Christ only and not be side swerved by anything but focus on Him.

“How is it that you fail to understand that I did not speak about bread? Beware of the leaven of the Pharisees and Sadducees.” Then they understood that he did not tell them to beware of the leaven of bread, but of the teaching of the Pharisees and Sadducees.”

Our authority is in Christ alone, we must abdicate to no other power as we evolve into the power filled ekklesia that Christ speakers of.

“And I tell you, you are Peter, and on this rock I will build my church, and the gates of hell shall not prevail against it. I will give you the keys of the kingdom of heaven, and whatever you bind on earth shall be bound in heaven, and whatever you loose on earth shall be loosed in heaven.”

The church then becomes the standard in power and truth. Belonging to it becomes the desire of all as they recognise the liberation. The world is reformed from being broken and driven by men’s politics and Satan to being freed within the kingdom of God.

God removes His favour from those with other priorities to Him. His grace holds back the tides of wickedness.

He is never diminished. Our desire is less for more from Him but more for more of Him. That is our blessing and to come into citizenship in an increasing kingdom as we obey Jesus.

The illustration shows the birthing of a movement of the presence God igniting and spreading like wild fire. Light emanating to push back the darkness.

BREAKOUT POSITIVE THOUGHTS. 645. ( Less is Greater, Greater is less .)

“For God so loved the world, that he gave his only Son, that whoever believes in him should not perish but have eternal life.”

Jesus is but equally isn’t. Our personal saviour.

Yes, He saves each and everyone of us when we confess before Him and ask Him to be Lord in our lives and His Holy Spirit rests upon and abides in us.

We are saved, however, into His kingdom and are corporately one of many who become His church under His governance.

Scripturally it clearly says He is Saviour to the world.

“For God so loved the world, that he gave his only Son”

God’s righteousness and blessings come from Him into His kingdom of Light but there are two kingdoms, there is one also of darkness ruled by Satan who is in this world, thrown out of heaven, and brings curses.

A battle ensues between the two and as we live in the world in our mortal body, we are in this mix. A citizen of heaven in spirit and of the world in the flesh.

We diminish Christ if we only see Him as our personal saviour because this endorses a concept of it all being hinged around us, self and my way.

Christ is mighty Lord of all. Corporately we matter and in community we must perceive His kingdom. Accept citizenship and obedience in His rule. Know we are part of the whole in God’s kingdom concept and intention.

Our church is for more than the transaction of receiving from Him.

Our church is our giving all in service for one another by breathing, thinking and living in the kingdom ways in the presence of God.

Yes we have a shepherd but He is Lord. “The Lord is my shepherd”

He is in governance and we obey. “He makes me lie down”

He meets all our needs. “He leads us by still waters.”

He shows us the right way. “He leads me in paths of righteousness.”

Jesus Christ is King. He is Lord and He is having to course correct where we have strayed in priorities that are not of the kingdom.

Very much has visibly skewed off course even in the last quarter of a century within our generations duration and veered to a perverse foolish worship of self and my way.

To a loss of belonging.

There is an epidemic of loneliness in our culture. A deep sense of loss and a yearning to belong. Relationships like other aspects of society disposable and coming and going.

There is a yearning to belong to something of which there will be no end. A hunger for spiritual truths.

We are fascinated with the identity question ‘Who am I ?” ‘I’ is pivotal in our mind and is a wrong priority.

Jesus showed us His love was not for Himself but for His Father and others. Simple as that. His rule sits on the same premise in His kingdom. We pray for:

“Thy kingdom come on earth as it is in heaven “

What we think about God is the most important thing about us it defines us.

Our course has to be corrected when we get this wrong.

“Surely goodness and mercy shall follow me all the days of my life, and I shall dwell in the house of the Lord forever.”

The illustration shows Jesus as our shepherd but equally crowned as Lord of all. Light emanating to push back the darkness.

Three Scriptures that come to mind:

“For God so loved the world, that he gave his only Son, that whoever believes in him should not perish but have eternal life.’’ ‭‭John‬ ‭3:16‬ ‭ESV‬‬

“The Lord is my shepherd; I shall not want. He makes me lie down in green pastures. He leads me beside still waters. He restores my soul. He leads me in paths of righteousness for his name’s sake.” Psalm‬ ‭23:1-3‬ ‭ESV‬‬

“Surely goodness and mercy shall follow me all the days of my life, and I shall dwell in the house of the Lord forever.” Psalm‬ ‭23:6‬ ‭ESV‬‬

BREAKOUT POSITIVE THOUGHTS. 644. ( Less is Greater, Greater is less .)

“And he said to him, “You shall love the Lord your God with all your heart and with all your soul and with all your mind. This is the great and first commandment. And a second is like it: You shall love your neighbour as yourself. On these two commandments depend all the Law and the Prophets.”

Our lives have mystery and purpose spoken into them. We may progress on a journey of expectation in the natural that is diverted and God takes us to a place we did not expect.

He has the ability to change our desires and mould us to fit. He has the power to create new wine within us and change our skin to a new skin to fit it.

It is by simply abiding in Him that we are fruitful. Abiding in Him may often necessitate a pruning off and a letting go of what we have grown to hold dear in our heart.

It, however, does not matter what it looks like if we know we are following God.

Our ministry is love and servanthood. We would do anything for Jesus and for others. Ministry looks like where He leads. Fruitfulness is living in the vine.

He knows our purpose and He will take us where we did not expect. Our dreams of life in the world and in the natural may have been of having huge impact.

We may think largeness is pleasing to God. We may even have a sense of shame at anything less and living a normal life without recognition. His joy and rejoicing, however, are over our surrendering. He honours sacred smallness.

Our purpose fulfilled in the ordinary but in seeing the one, serving and loving in that moment and being the blessing. The sweetness of the fruit, the wine, in that place and that season.

“to equip the saints for the work of ministry, for building up the body of Christ,”

He honours us all with a purpose in Him. His pleasure is in our hearts abiding in the vine producing His fruit not our own.

Inspirational things can be done and are done as part of His Holy Spirits bidding and wisdom, rooted in love.

“Rather, speaking the truth in love, we are to grow up in every way into him who is the head, into Christ, from whom the whole body, joined and held together by every joint with which it is equipped, when each part is working properly, makes the body grow so that it builds itself up in love.”

The Lord is dissolving the division between the sacred and the secular.

There is no hierarchy. He honours the sacredness in the small, the ordinary and it is from these platforms He loves our worship to crescendo from.

This is where He will be noticed and hungered for. All else is becoming unsatisfactory. Jesus only satisfies.

Love only is the pure motivation of the heart.

“If I speak in the tongues of men and of angels, but have not love, I am a noisy gong or a clanging cymbal. And if I have prophetic powers, and understand all mysteries and all knowledge, and if I have all faith, so as to remove mountains, but have not love, I am nothing.”

We are abiding in Him to be those who can restore. Stepping in helping in the natural:

Parents to provide. The widows and sick to be healed. The orphaned to know they are precious and loved. Those in the mundane and ordinary around us.

To activate and enable transformation when others experience His presence and their eternal value. We all need to feel love and being loved; to experience the destiny we were born for. Laying our life down and our ‘yes’ changes the future.

We are the sheep. He is the shepherd. We know the small voice. We say ‘yes’ and follow.

The illustration shows us the sheep who hear His spiritual voice and follow in faith and love to abide simply in the destiny and purpose we were born for. Light emanating to push back the darkness.

Four Scriptures that come to mind:

“And he said to him, “You shall love the Lord your God with all your heart and with all your soul and with all your mind. This is the great and first commandment. And a second is like it: You shall love your neighbour as yourself. On these two commandments depend all the Law and the Prophets.” Math 22:37-40 ESV

“to equip the saints for the work of ministry, for building up the body of Christ,”. Ephesians‬ ‭4:12‬ ‭ESV‬‬

“Rather, speaking the truth in love, we are to grow up in every way into him who is the head, into Christ, from whom the whole body, joined and held together by every joint with which it is equipped, when each part is working properly, makes the body grow so that it builds itself up in love.” Ephesians‬ ‭4:15-16‬ ‭ESV‬‬

“If I speak in the tongues of men and of angels, but have not love, I am a noisy gong or a clanging cymbal. And if I have prophetic powers, and understand all mysteries and all knowledge, and if I have all faith, so as to remove mountains, but have not love, I am nothing.” 1 Corinthians‬ ‭13:1-2‬ ‭ESV‬‬

BREAKOUT POSITIVE THOUGHTS. 643. ( Less is Greater, Greater is less .)

“And these signs will accompany those who believe: in my name they will cast out demons; they will speak in new tongues; they will pick up serpents with their hands; and if they drink any deadly poison, it will not hurt them; they will lay their hands on the sick, and they will recover.”

There is an authority that we carry that can change atmosphere and silence demons and the enemy. Bring deliverance and liberate.

Our mindset must be not of avoidance and intimidation of domination. It must rather be confidence in the relationship we have in God’s kingdom.

Our holiness does not present as quiet, demure and tame. More so of love with its own ferocity.

There are two kingdoms that of light and that of darkness there is no neutral ground in between. War broke out in heaven and satan was cast out. He doesn’t live in hell he lives in the world.

“The Son of Man will send his angels, and they will gather out of his kingdom all causes of sin and all law-breakers,”

People know of and experience sin and evil in the world. They know when they are freed and delivered from such forces. Liberation is like a domino reaction.

Those who are saved, healed and delivered from fear, anxiety, lust, pride, perversions and other demons promote their liberation to others of similar ilk.

Satan was cast our of heaven to earth where he prowls  like a devouring lion to be avoided.

“Be sober-minded; be watchful. Your adversary the devil prowls around like a roaring lion, seeking someone to devour.”

He has the whiles to tempt even Jesus in His 40 day fast in the desert. Able to trade what he knows he owns.

Jesus quotes from the word to denounce each temptation. He is totally undivided in His choices. Church as the bride equally must be undivided.

Satan is the prince of power of the air, anything that is man made. The human structures of government and religion. Even Samuel I the OT said you don’t want a king as his rule would be a man made structure.

Jesus has to be our centre. That which is Holy Spirit led. God has to inhabit it to be pure and unflawed.

What God creates for a reason has to be destroyed when it becomes idolised for the wrong reason. As in the serpent staff of Moses there for a season as a symbol of God’s power and authority but later the idols had to be destroyed when they misrepresented God.

Instead it becomes like the occult a magic formula to be repeated is witchcraft in a culture.

We have to live in the moving river of God and out of our depth and therefore reliant upon Him alone. We have to keep pace, we never become expert. We defend what we have built with a pride that becomes self satisfying.

Instead we have to acknowledge what God does and we partner with. God always updates His kingdom, it is limitless to fly higher within. His new wine is too powerful to be held in old skins.

We measure from a world’s perspective the criteria for a successful church. We celebrate what looks like our Success. However, a victorious church is measured by scripture.

Is possibly being persecuted as the early church disciples were because it is turning the world upside down. Radical, revolutionary. Not seeking acceptance or permission.

The two kingdoms are not compatible. Not a double act.  We are unique. We have to set the standard. Be the change.

“For if we live, we live to the Lord, and if we die, we die to the Lord. So then, whether we live or whether we die, we are the Lord’s.”

Nations are its people not it’s government and politics.

“For what will it profit a man if he gains the whole world and forfeits his soul? Or what shall a man give in return for his soul?”

We must see faces first they are the hope. They are potentially the faces of God. We put our hope in God it is He who will not let our foot slip. Not the politicians.

“My help comes from the Lord, who made heaven and earth. He will not let your foot be moved; he who keeps you will not slumber.”

The church offers the better way. God exposes where our hope lies.

The illustration shows us, people, radical revolutionary power, the potential faces of God. The kingdom of light emanating light that pushes back the darkness.

Seven Scriptures that come to mind:

“And these signs will accompany those who believe: in my name they will cast out demons; they will speak in new tongues; they will pick up serpents with their hands; and if they drink any deadly poison, it will not hurt them; they will lay their hands on the sick, and they will recover.” Mark‬ ‭16:17-18‬ ‭ESV
