Allow God to be God
It is becoming increasingly certain to many of us that Gods Hand is in much of this season.
We embarked on it with the thought that Covid and much of what is afoot was all of the enemy and yes What the enemy has meant for evil can be discerned but increasingly there is the sense that God is allowing and wanting partnership with because He too has an agenda. One for good that can piggy back on and walk alongside.
It is becoming more apparent that we need to be listening to and knowing what is on God’s heart to align our prayers with or we will be praying against His will not with it.
His hand needs to remain free and we need to partner with Him. Not pray with the agenda according to man.
Our intercessions need to not be based on information we glean from the world or media but they need to be based upon revelation.
Our ear and our heart be ready to glean God’s heart and voice.
Also be weighed by what we know of God’s promises, justice, whole Being which stays the same today, yesterday and tomorrow.
There has been scriptural evidence of times and situations where God has needed to break, tear down and rebuild to enable Salvation.
There have been what seemed bizarre prophesies made which have not always been listened to and that has elongated the process and conclusion of situations.
It seems such a time now. Where, within a crisis period, so much more of God’s moving and shaking up is being revealed amid what has been caused and unless we too listen and move with the Move of His Spirit we will delay, hold back and divert the out come.
God is outpouring more of His wisdom and anointing. He is reaching out to more prophetically and in His word.
He is beckoning more to surrender and leave behind self and independence.
He is encouraging diversity and yet unity.
He is creating divine opportunities of order out of chaos wreaked by the enemy.
It is only by carefully listening that we keep aligned with His will.
Otherwise we might pray against His agenda.
He may be using what is not of Himself for His own agenda.
Hearts may be breaking where war and tragedies have exposed evil and divisions and He may allow the heart break to continue in the knowledge that in the bigger picture people will come to choose which God they serve.
If we counter pray for it to stop we put a lid on the pot of boiling water to the point of it then exploding into worse or never simmering down or being dealt with.
With the right discernment our prayer might have been to allow His wisdom and will to prevail but with the speed and success that there are fewest casualties.
Because we know God’s heart is for the good of all, we might discern that although He has allowed us to be uncoupled from Europe in Brexit it will not be His will for that to be a place of separation and isolation it will be for an opportunity for a realignment with nations and coalition a benefit for many.
Our prayers in that knowledge might align more with His will for our leaders than our or their short sightedness which might look to only our own welfare at the expense of others.
Our united prayers are powerful when there is knowledge and wisdom.
There will be restoration, reconciliation, alignment and Nations will be healed as they work together.
The illustration shows the constant ear to the Holy Spirit and God’s voice.
