BREAKOUT POSITIVE THOUGHTS 109 (Less is Greater, Greater is less ).

We have dual citizenship.

We live in two realms. The natural earthly realm and the spiritual heavenly realm.

We have an earthly body born of our parents and we have a spiritual inner being born of God.

Jesus was abiding in the Father as we abide in Him

The journey of our life unveils some of the mystery of our citizenship.

We are born and wired for recognising and hearing God. We are trained to recognise good and evil.

Experience develops a sense and discernment of authentic and counterfeit.

It is sometimes at  the depths of the most unimaginable vulnerability that we discover that we live not by choice but by grace.
And that life itself is a blessing.

Values that have been passed down in a family for generations may be recognized as inadequate.

Lifelong beliefs about personal capacities or what is important may prove to be mistaken.

When life is stripped down to its very essentials, it is surprising how simple things become.

Fewer and fewer things matter and those that do matter, matter a great deal more.

Faith is not a product of striving but of surrendering.

We are commanded to be full of the Spirit.

Being intoxicated by the Holy Spirit can bring such a thankfulness and hunger for more and more of the Spirit and that second part of our dual citizenship.

We can be bombarded 24/7 by information and problems.

It is important we do not listen to these more than we listen to God’s voice, His promises, His nature and His will in every situation.

New are His mercies every morning.

We can arise each morning in anticipation of what God will share with us or we can arise each morning already oppressed by the problems of the world and it’s ruler.

Our experiences have the power to reveal that every life serves a single purpose.

We are here to grow in wisdom and to learn to love better.

Despite the countless and diverse ways we live our lives, every life is a spiritual path, and all life has a spiritual agenda.

Such lessons have the power to change the way we see ourselves and the world.

The illustration shows man as being born into the world and of the Spirit being released by God giving the dual citizenship of man and spirit.

Two scriptures that come to mind:

“If you’re unable to understand and believe what I’ve told you about the natural realm, what will you do when I begin to unveil the heavenly realm? No one has risen into the heavenly realm except the Son of Man who also exists in heaven.””‭‭John‬ ‭3:12-13‬ ‭TPT‬‬

“So be very careful how you live, not being like those with no understanding, but live honorably with true wisdom, for we are living in evil times. Take full advantage of every day as you spend your life for his purposes. And don’t live foolishly for then you will have discernment to fully understand God’s will.”‭‭Ephesians‬ ‭5:15-17‬ ‭TPT‬‬
