“The thief comes only to steal and kill and destroy. I came that they may have life and have it abundantly.”
We as people of the New Covenant are living in the in between time of the participating in the fullness of life now and the ultra fullness of life on Christ’s return for His bride.
Now is not to be in a diluted life rather than abundant life. Now is not to be in survival rather than thriving. Now is not time for delay rather than for on time. Now is not for frustration rather than satisfaction.
Jesus was not inconsistent in His life. He did not yo-yo between ups and downs, mountaintops of life and valleys of death.
He was activated to know it always from His Father’s higher perspective. The force of life coming from Him was greater than the force of death coming towards Him.
“And the last enemy to be subdued and eliminated is death itself.”
“Remember Jesus Christ, risen from the dead,”
Revival means to be brought back to life from the dead . Resurrection and resuscitation to the fullness of life. Revival is how we respond to life.
It is not the output we generate in business and works. It is the outcome, the measurable change the lack of fear in reaction to the world but the becoming participators in the solution.
“Not everyone who says to me, ‘Lord, Lord,’ will enter the kingdom of heaven, but the one who does the will of my Father who is in heaven.”
When we become fully alive in Christ, like Him, we drive out death.
“the people dwelling in darkness have seen a great light, and for those dwelling in the region and shadow of death, on them a light has dawned.”
The dawning light and revelation exposes fear and that which is not Light and of Him. We wake up to our corporate responsibility to be part of the solution and to be holy cleansed, pure, spotless and righteous.
“so that he might present the church to himself in splendour, without spot or wrinkle or any such thing, that she might be holy and without blemish.”
When we are critical of our church our words delay and stop the biblical fulfilment of who she will become. We must decree and take responsibility to speak out life to be unified as family by love, care compassion and presence.
The joy to be able to convict others that we love being together to worship and hate separation or ever having to miss being together.
To feel cleansed and purified, bathed in heaven’s presence. Saturated in righteousness. Pervaded by an atmosphere of life in heaven here on earth. No compromise. Life in its abundance.
“Let us rejoice and exult and give him the glory, for the marriage of the Lamb has come, and his Bride has made herself ready; it was granted her to clothe herself with fine linen, bright and pure”— for the fine linen is the righteous deeds of the saints.”
An oasis where the stench of death falls from us and we bask in the aroma of life and as such change the atmosphere and become alluringly attractive to be around and a part of.
A body of people ready for the return of Christ as bridegroom for His bride.
The illustration shows the spotless bride purified bowed before her Bridegroom. Light emanating reaching across the world pushing back the darkness.
