BREAKOUT POSITIVE THOUGHTS. 698. ( Less is Greater, Greater is less)

“Do not be conformed to this world, but be transformed by the renewal of your mind, that by testing you may discern what is the will of God, what is good and acceptable and perfect.”

Life originates in the spirit realm and any changes will also originate there and hence any redemption and reformation by being alive in the spirit not the flesh.

“You, however, are not in the flesh but in the Spirit, if in fact the Spirit of God dwells in you. Anyone who does not have the Spirit of Christ does not belong to him.”

The scriptural order is first the spirit, second the soul and third the body making up our whole being and we are born from this reality. Within that order of priority life flows easily.

We are spirit first living for a short while in a body. It makes sense to submit to the spirit leading and denying both our emotions, soul, and flesh, body, to take the lead role.

The spirit influenced by its oneness to the Holy Spirit will embrace God’s ways of righteousness. Body and emotions  fight in sin and desires

“But I say, walk by the Spirit, and you will not gratify the desires of the flesh.”

We do have to take on the responsibility but can pray to be led by the spirit to be strengthened and set free.

“that according to the riches of his glory he may grant you to be strengthened with power through his Spirit in your inner being,”

We were born and wired in God’s image to walk in the spirit outside the confines of the body and mind. The spirit is in dwelling and united and we in relationship with Him.

“But he who is joined to the Lord becomes one spirit with him.”

Spirit led people are the transforming force God has created us to be. Yielding to the spirit of God has the direction of continual increase.

In our own logic we may think we have the solutions and they are superior. God’s solutions, those sent by the spirit may sound improbable but they work and do not fail and therefore are the superior.

“Let no one deceive himself. If anyone among you thinks that he is wise in this age, let him become a fool that he may become wise. For the wisdom of this world is folly with God. For it is written, “He catches the wise in their craftiness,” and again, “The Lord knows the thoughts of the wise, that they are futile.””

The illustration shows us walking first and foremost in the Spirit in relational strength emanating light that pushes back the darkness.
