BREAKOUT POSITIVE THOUGHTS. 457 ( Less is Greater, Greater is less .

“I am contending for you that your hearts will be wrapped in the comfort of heaven and woven together into love’s fabric. This will give you access to all the riches of God as you experience the revelation of God’s great mystery—Christ. For our spiritual wealth is in him, like hidden treasure waiting to be discovered—heaven’s wisdom and endless riches of revelation knowledge.”

It is increasingly apparent that God is more interested in what He is doing in this space than in the rushing on into the next new thing.

A time of inertia and pedestrian pace instead of the acceleration we are awaiting.

A time of being made ready.

Being made more aware of our identity and reactions. Examining our reluctance in some things to be generous in letting go.

A self denial central to Jesus going to the cross.

A surrendering, a dying to self for the good of others. Sacrificial investment in God’s will.

The waiting can look like an eternity but it is a timing that is perfect. We cannot take hold of a new until we have let go of a previously held glory but it takes generosity to submit to that.

It is always hard to walk away from something that has worked well than something that has failed.

Jesus frequently walked away when the crowds were at their climax. He kept letting go and moving forward into His destiny.

He was also not offended when He was rejected as in His hometown at the beginning of His ministry. He held His tongue and just moved forward.

“An understanding person demonstrates patience, for mercy means holding your tongue. When you are insulted, be quick to forgive and forget it, for you are virtuous when you overlook an offense.”

We too cannot be offended if we have died to ourselves and are living in Christ. Dead people cannot be offended.

“So you also must consider yourselves dead to sin and alive to God in Christ Jesus.”

If we reach the place where nothing offends us even if it seems to be against our desire or could be taken offensively we will not be tripped up in selfish thinking.

We are born again in Christ, in perfect love. Woven into God’s heart. Ripe for more revelation of wisdom.

“Great peace have those who love your law; nothing can make them stumble.”

It is a liberating place to be when we are under pressure and squeezed that it is only God’s love that drips from us not self platitudes.

We are in the place in community of value to God’s cause because we reflect His light.

Jeremiah was told to visit the potter’s house and reflect upon the potters right and need to knock down and remould until perfection for purpose was achieved.

“O house of Israel, can I not do with you as this potter has done? declares the Lord. Behold, like the clay in the potter’s hand, so are you in my hand, O house of Israel.”

Therefore a surrendered life is not offended. Un-surrendered are offended.

Surrendered we give opportunity to manifest the kingdom and heaven. Living and moving forward never static and stagnated.

Our choice as a son or daughter is to yield and shift the atmosphere. Our antidote to self preservation is generosity in letting go and being willing to be remoulded instead of contained.

A sports physio will massage knotted trigger points with a foam roller which in the process can be excruciatingly painful but totally rewarding in the remedial benefit after submitting to it.

When we are squeezed Love must drip out.

The illustration shows us being squeezed and Christ’s love only dripping out. Light emanating to push back the darkness.
